The communication was great. Checking in and out was a breeze. The cabin was not as clean as i would have liked it. The kitchen table was dirty and there was rotting fruit in the floor of the main bedroom.

Bear Footin' Heaven

The cabin itself was nice and accurately matched the description in the listing. When we checked in we discovered that neither of the beds had comforters and there was also no shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom. I called the property manager right at 4pm and they said that they would send someone out with bedding and a shower curtain. I had to call a second time around 8pm as no one had arrived yet and the items were not delivered until around 9pm.The cabin is conveniently located to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge.

Perfect Family Getaway

Bear Footin Heaven was the perfect long weekend getaway for our family. Conveniently located close to everything in Pigeon Forge, we were able to entertain our teen boys with so many attractions. Clean and well maintained cabin bedrooms on separate floors for privacy. We will definitely stay here again!

Less than desirable.

This cabin was very dirty. There were cobwebs everywhere, bugs in the bath tub and ants even in the beds. The bedding smelled like smoke :( The couch in the photo is not the same. It barely held a single person. It was very small.

Won't stay here again

The beds were absolutely terrible! The cabin was filthy, even though I paid an additional cleaning fee. The facet was broken in the bath and couldn't fix hot water. Dirt all over floor, and large sticky spot where it had not been swept or mopped before we arrived. Very disappointed for the money spent.

Lack of response

Unfortunately son, and daughter got covid the day before we were to leave. We tried calling, emailing without any response, until checkout. We didn't make it down to utilize the cabin was asking to move the date out. Didn't want to infect others and stayed home, only to be penalized, next time contaminate the cabin is the response we received. Will not use Cabins for You. Lack of response/communication and unwillingness to work with us resulted in a negative rating. The cabin itself recieved OK as we don't know what it looked like.
