Approximately 1.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, TN and The Island were all the excitement starts!!!

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom and bathroom on main level. Only 2 steps from driveway into chalet so perfect for Senior Citizens or anyone with limited mobility.

****HOME MAXIMUM OF 7 ADULTS DUE TO BED CONFIGURATIONS. THAT WOULD BE 2 ADULTS PER BEDROOM AND ONE ADULT ON BOTTOM BUNK. SOFA BEDS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR ADULTS

Community pool just a short walk from chalet. *****Usually opens Memorial Day weekend and closes October 9th. Pool hours 9AM-10PM. Of course, these dates and hours are determined by the HOA association board, and I have no control over the opening and closing of pool. I cannot guarantee hours and dates!*****But honestly have never had any issues with it being open when it is supposed to be. Periodically Pool has to be closed down due to routine maintenance. This does not happen often, but please be aware that it is a possibility.

****MAXIMUM 2 dogs allowed. Please discuss with us breed of animal before booking to get clearance. Pet fee of $125 per dog will be requested. Non shedding breeds ONLY. Please clean up after your dogs. If more cleaning has to be done than normal, you will incur an extra cleaning fee.

This property was exactly what we needed for a long weekend visiting with relatives. The location is convenient because it’s so close to the Parkway, and there’s a Kroger right down the road. The bedroom/bathroom and bed arrangements gave everyone the space they needed, while the common areas provided a place to gather and socialize comfortably. Our kids loved the pool table and arcade games, and I wish we’d had more time to make use of the three balconies! Our host was friendly and responded quickly to questions. We will absolutely try to stay here again the next time we need this kind of space!

Back again

We came back for another stay—this time during the summer for a baseball tournament—and once again, it did not disappoint! We loved being so close to the fields, local attractions, and grocery stores. Experiencing the area in the summer, in all its beauty, was a treat since we usually visit in the spring.This place truly feels like a home away from home. Our kids have spent the last few years coming here and feel completely comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and welcoming, which makes it even better.We’ve already recommended this spot to friends who were in town for the tournament and will continue to share it with anyone planning a trip to Pigeon Forge. You won’t regret staying here!

Overall we had a great stay. Home was very clean. Plenty of room for all of the kids to spread out and have their space. They all very much enjoyed playing pool. It was wonderful to have the pool just steps away. We were lucky enough to have it to ourselves most of the time, but even when others came everyone was respectful. Very easy to locate and get in and out of. Would definitely come back!

This place was amazing

My grandkids had a phenomenal vacation. Our only complaint was about the pool. It was muddy dirty and not usable. But for that, we all had a great time and I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back-maybe next spring break.

It is a very busy area set up for tourism. So it is practically endless in activities. But we were also just a short drive from wooded hikes and serenity. So it was a nice balance. I will definitely go back.

Granddaughters 18th Birthday

We came in on Friday 2/8 and stayed through Monday 2/10, the host was very accommodating and we were able to check in a little early which was a big help as we had dinner show tickets and 4 girls to get ready.
