If you have kids this is the hotel for you! They asked to leave Dollywood so that they could enjoy the hotel. The pool was awesome and everyone had a great time. Breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone. This hotel had it all.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was really nice and we were able to use it a lot. Breakfast was very good. Our bed was not as comfortable as we would of liked. the mattress slanted. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

It was enjoyable for my kids to be in the pools for long periods of time. The rooms where cleaned daily and spacious. We all enjoyed the view of the mountains on the balcony. The only suggestion is to change up the breakfast, it was the same menu daily.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pools and overall hotel was great, and we loved our creekside view. The only problem we encountered was that the beds are in poor condition and can use an upgrade.

Excellent property. The check-in process was seamless, with an early check-in prior to the scheduled 4:00 pm time. Rooms, pool area, and property were all impeccably clean. The staff demonstrated exceptional accommodation. A decent breakfast was included.
