About Huskey Hill Lodge

Upon arrival, you will walk through the large covered porch complete with ceiling fans and rocking chairs perfect for enjoying the beautiful mountain sunsets.

You'll enter the home's living area with a large flat-screen smart TV, a stone gas fireplace for cozy mountain nights, and plenty of seating options including a new queen sized sleeper sofa. As you make your way to the back of this spacious room, you will notice a dining table perfect for hosting dinner for the whole family.

Attached to the living area through a wide doorway, is a large updated kitchen with plenty of counter space and new stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is complete with any tool you may need to create an amazing meal for the family!

From the kitchen you can access the air-conditioned sun room, back deck with a new hot tub (covered with a roof) and fenced yard, as well as the spacious outdoor area complete with multiple swinging chairs, grill and picnic table.

To the right of the kitchen is an entertainment room with a pool table, board games, a flat-screen smart TV, new queen sized sleeper sofa, and a large elevated deck with cozy outdoor seating. This room is the perfect area to wind down and spend time with family after a long day in The Smokies!

Both bedrooms are located right off the main living area. When walking down the hallway, the second bedroom is on your right and features a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and a large closet space. This bedroom is directly across the hall from the guest bathroom.

The master bedroom features a new king-sized bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has two large walk-in closets, as well as a double vanity and large walk in shower.

We are not owned/managed by large rental companies. Josh, your host, is local to the area and strives to provide you and your family with a safe, clean, enjoyable place to make memories for years to come!

PLEASE NOTE: A $300 security deposit will be required in the form of a credit card hold. This hold is not a charge and will be refunded upon check out. Any damages/excessive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. We require this security deposit and a signed renter's agreement PRIOR to check-in.

Our stay at the HUSKEY HILL Lodge was fantastic & we could not have asked for more. Cozy, quaint, clean, comfy, relaxing setting, with modern amenities and privacy. The cabin was complete with everything we needed - from kitchen utensils, pots, pans, very nice coffee maker and even a charcoal grill that we grilled t-bones on. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in play area and we enjoyed the relaxing comfort and chill atmosphere. Josh was EXCEPTIONAL with communication and responded in a prompt and friendly way to every question. I highly recommend HUSKEY HILL Lodge and the overall experience with Josh's Cabins service.

Loved the cabin. Our grandkids and fur baby loved it too. We enjoyed the hot tub. Very beautiful and relaxing place. Loved the swing octagon swings to watch the sunset.. would definitely stay again. The host is very nice and attentive.

Cleanliness was less than we were accustom to. If you have heath or back issues, be aware, the steps are steep. As stated in description, th anold house with a few upgrades. There are ALOT of remotes. The dog yard is much smaller than it appears in pictures, which is fine, if you have a little dog. Overall, while it may be fine for some people, it wasnt so great for us.

Great location

Cabin was as advertised and the proximity to everywhere we wanted to visit was perfect. Convenience is important when traveling with a 6yr old! The cabin was very clean and well kept, up to date and had everything we needed. Grand daughter enjoyed learning how to shoot pool but was bummed we couldnt use the hot tub. Our personal choice as we didnt think enough chlorine was in it and we didnt want to invite issues into her ears. Bed was very comfortable in master. Cannot comment on spare bed because we didnt use it. All in all we were mainly in the cabin for sleep after long days out. Enough to do in the area to keep you busy for weeks on end. Management was prompt in all communication and access to the property was smooth. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking for close to Pidgeon Forge attractions. If you want remote and away from the hustle and bustle, this isnt it. Nestled into what feels like a neighborhood, but still away from main drag for us. We had a great stay and truly enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect for a Peaceful 20th Anniversary Getaway with our Pup!

We recently celebrated our 20th anniversary with a stay at Huskey Hill Lodge, and it was the perfect escape! The cabin was fantastic, providing a peaceful and secluded atmosphere while still being close enough to all the action in Pigeon Forge. Our furry companion also had a blast. The fenced-in area with a doggy door was a lifesaver, allowing him to roam freely and enjoy the fresh mountain air. After busy days exploring Gatlinburg's shops, soaking in the hot tub each evening was pure bliss. If you're looking for a relaxing and pet-friendly place to stay near Pigeon Forge, look no further than Huskey Hill Lodge! We highly recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great Location

My husband and 3 dogs recently had a quick get away to Pigeon Forge and wanted something close to town but not in the middle of the crazy and this cabin is perfect for that!! Super close to everything, but it feels like it is very remote! The house was very clean and and had everything we needed and Josh was super responsive when we had questions. Although the fenced yard was not completely escape proof by our smaller girl, it was nice to have the boundary. We did feel like the pictures were a little deceiving when it came to the size and presentation of the house. Not sure how people have 8- we felt it would be uncomfortable to have any more than 4 people, so we were thankful there were just the 2 of us, but we spent a lot of time there and not out and about. A couple more things to note- there is a house very close that looks right into the back yard of this home. We were glad it was not occupied or we would not have felt comfortable using the hot tub. We also felt the bed in the Master was very soft and not supportive, which may be perfect for some but not for us. As others mentioned, we also found some of the lighting to be not sufficient, especially when going down the front steps at night before the motion light kicks on. All in all we had a very nice stay.

Clean, well-appointed cabin/house. All the bedding and towels that you will need. Great appliances. Very clean and secure. Has both a modern and cabin feel. Steep, paved roads surround the house going to/from town to cabin.

Nice Getaway

The property is very well maintained and stocked with everything you need upon arrival. The beds are very comfortable. The pool room could use a little more lighting as the overhead light does not put out much light, but the pool table is a very fun addition to the home, especially if the weather is bad outside. There are two bathrooms, but unfortunately only one shower. The fenced in yard is great, especially if you bring your dog. We enjoyed the backyard grill

This cabin experience was much needed!!!

We absolutely loved our cabin! It was perfect in every aspect. The view is exceptional and it has every amenity needed to just chillax and enjoy all of God’s beauty! The location is perfect. Easy access to Dollywood, dinner shows, etc. Josh was super quick to respond when we had a question or concern. We will definitely book with him again. Oh and our chihuahuas loved the property as well! <3 Thanks for the memories!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described. Extremely clean and well appointed. The fenced in yard was terrific for our 2 dogs. Cabin is located close to all activities and at same time secluded to offer peace & tranquility. Being 2 octogenarians that remember the electric push button light switches we were amused & confused with the all the latest gadgets to put on lights, fans & fireplaces. We did figure it out eventually. Quite overjoyed that dementia had not set in. Would highly recommend this cabin.

Unbelievable stay!

My family of 4 and our dogs recently stayed for 8 nights - everything was absolutely perfect! We were so excited to get our road trip to TN started that we unknowingly arrived a day early - Josh was very accommodating and even offered another one of his properties for us to stay, however we’d already booked a hotel. The cabin was gorgeous, the location could not have been better and the views
..unreal! We watched a sunset every night from the swings by the fire pit. The fenced back yard was perfect for the dogs to have a little freedom. Pigeon Forge is a wonderful spot to take your family and it was only made better by the customer service and beautiful accommodations Josh provided us. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful cabin next to all attractions but still secluded. Great views and fire pit area. Pet friendly with a small Fenced in yard but the gaps in the fence are large and small dogs can get through. Overall great place to stay.

Get Away With Fur Babies

My husband and I took our first vacation as empty nesters so it was important to us to bring our 2 fur babies. The property was perfect for us! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The sunroom with the doggy door leading into the back patio (with hot tub) and fenced in yard was perfect for what we were looking for. We loved the front porch with rocking chairs and side deck had comfortable seating to enjoy the views. We did not end up using the firepit, swings or pool table but I know if we return with our 19 year old girls they for sure would! Property is very close to The Island but also secluded enough that you could enjoy yourselves in private. Josh was very communicative and was just a text away. Overall VERY pleased with our first visit to that area and glad that is the cabin we booked.

Great property and great location.

Our trip was wonderful. The house was absolutely gorgeous just like the pictures. The yard is large with beautiful landscaping as well as having a fenced yard area .Great set up for fur babies which was important to us this trip but would also be a great place without pets. Location is close enough to be in the middle of all the excitement of Pigeon forge within minutes and still have wooded privacy with a great mountain view. The sunset is spectacular. Josh was so positive and helpful in his responses on a couple of occasions when we reached out to him. This will definitely be our first choice of a place to stay when planning our next trip.
