We started using Vrbo when it was Home Away. Which was quite a while ago. This was the most disappointing stay we have ever had. I have Chronic breathing issues, and the cleanliness of the cabin was far below acceptable conditions. Attached pictures will explain my statement.Besides that, the pool was cold, I assumed it would be heated, my mistake.This is all I'm going to say but the list does continue.Aunt Bugs will NEVER get our bussiness again!!!!!

Great location

Location was perfect. Close to everything. The pool was definitely cold. We expected it to be warm being inside but it was very cold. Cabin was perfect for the 6 of us. I think any more than six people and it would be tight. We had 4 adults and 2 kids.

We loved the pool, hot tub, game room, and being close to all the action (Dollywood, Dolly’s Stampede, Great Smokies National Park, and numerous restaurants) but also still had a quiet and private feel. Wonderful host communication! Thank you!

Gone Swimmin

The location of the property was not the greatest. There was a lot of trash in the surrounding the area.The pool was nice. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed it.There were a few issues. The glass front of the oven was loose. Several lightbulbs were out. There was a dust pan, but no broom.There was also blood on one of the pillows.

Fun place to stay

We had a fun time in the indoor pool and playing in the game room. Cabin could use some updating and better supplies in the kitchen for cooking but overall it was a good place to stay in a great location.

Christmas in the Smokies

The cabin was as advertised but could have used some updates. There were quite a few bugs that were making it from the pool area into the cabin. We need a few items at check in (hair dryer and iron). The property manager dropped off replacements within a few hours of my request. Overall a nice place but once again was in need of some updates.

Getaway before college starts back.?

The cabin was amazing. Easy to get too. Aunt Bugs checked on us by text several times while we were there. Clean, relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook meals. Had cleaning supplies and plenty of towels. This was a very nice cabin. Pool was warm and surprisingly pretty big. Hot tub was kind of small only fit 2 people comfortably at a time. Other than that everything was perfect 😊

Poorly maintained way to much money for existing conditions.

Mis represented property. Pool table broken, fusbol table broken, damages through out cabin, smelled of mildew or mold. Black colored mold growth in downstairs bathroom. Upstairs tv had no sound, and no remote to try and control TV. For the price it was totally miserable. There were other properties for less money that appeared nicer

Rental was good pool was advertised heated and didn’t seem so much there repair man came out and said it’s at the temperature they like it at which saves money on heating it but hinders the guest and the shower up stares doesn’t get warm

Perfect for our family!

My husband, my 12 year old, my 4 month old & I stayed here for 4 nights. It was perfect! Just like tbe photos but better. The pool was perfect temperature for all of us, even the baby! My son didn't want to do anything else but swim. The rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, I am a stickler for clean showers/tubs and I had no issues showering here. The location was perfect. Super close to everything - and very peaceful. We would love to stay here again!

Family Getaway

Cabin was very nice and pool was excellent. Conveniently located to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Kitchen cabinet doors need some minor repair as does the panel under the sink in the main floor bathroom. Bunkbed ladder needs immediate attention with screws ...dangerous to little ones. Kids could not play outside due to poison ivy everywhere.
