As soon as we checked in there was Gentleman in the lobby that was trying to offer free tickets. The catch time share. We told them we were booked for the week. Then they had the nerve to call our room and say they were the concierge. The front desk was aware of it, not concerned. We complained to the manager , and was told we wouldn’t be bothered the rest of our trip. Didn’t try the breakfast there all week, only because the vacation people were there. The room itself was clean, the tub had drywall compound stained in the tub. The toilet ran all week. Maintenance came once and did nothing. The WiFi is horrible even after connecting to their network. We had reservations for the whole week. We left a day early, staff could have been a little more accommodating.

The room was clean and adequate, but the whole way it was poorly lighted, and the carpet wasn’t clean. The staff was very helpful, even helping unload my luggage from the cart into the room. I didn’t eat breakfast, but the parking was fine.

Probably need to provide towels and mats for the pool. Someone gonna slip in the wet hallway. The maids need to clean the rooms each day and learn how to use a vacuum cleaner.

Rooms were very clean, good, hot breakfast. The staff was exceptional! The only complaint is that the WiFi/internet was sub-optimal. Lots of shopping and food nearby.
