Host never responded to emails, cabin was ok but wasn’t every clean, sent pictures of issues found upon arrival via email still haven’t heard anything from the host. Hot water was limited for showers. Hot tube was not secluded at all neighbor sat on the porch and watched us 
. Little weird but ok. Probably wouldn’t recommend but if it’s a last resort it will work in a pinch.

Spacious enough, pet friendly. The kitchen was sparsely supplied - no knife longer than 3 inches, no cutting board, we contacted the owner about 3 issues, the trash bins were over stuffed in an area where bear activity was common, the Ring alarm was sounding for the last 3 days of our stay and the internet was intermittent. She did not respond to any of our concerns. We will return to Pigeon Forge but not to that location.

Disclaimer: We were unable to make our scheduled trip due to a last-minute change in plans, so this review is not about the cabin itself, which we did not visit. Instead, it reflects our experience with the booking management.We booked the cabin on October 9th for a stay from October 16th to 19th. On October 13th, we sent a message through the VBRO app notifying the host that we would not be able to make the trip. We fully understood that a refund might not be likely, but we hoped to inquire about a potential partial refund—perhaps for the cleaning or pet fees—or even a credit toward a future stay.Unfortunately, we never received a response to that message. After that, we continued to receive automated emails about our upcoming stay, including check-in details and even a notice about a broken washing machine. I replied to that email to reiterate that we would not be attending and had already sent a message through the app. Again, no response.It felt as though our communications were either overlooked or not monitored, which was disappointing. We have used VRBO many times over the years and have always had responsive and helpful interactions with hosts. This experience was not typical of what we have come to expect.We wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve communication for future guests. Ironically, we did receive a follow-up email asking us to rate our stay, which prompted us to write this review.Thank you.

The cabin was very clean and pictures are accurate. Host is very slow to respond and the emails sent are automated/AI. We were there for the weekend of the Slammedenuff car show. We did not know this when we booked or have any idea of what this car show even was
the majority of folks who booked cabins in this complex were there for the show. The ones staying in the cabin right next this one were extremely loud both nights, revving loud exhaust systems, playing music, and having fights. This began about 11:00 PM each night and lasted until 4:00 AM or so. I contacted the property manager and asked for a refund of the 2nd night so we could find different accommodations. Her response was that we should call the police but honestly with everything going on in town the police would not have had time to respond and frankly we worried our tires would be slashed or worse we would be attacked by these people if we called the police. We felt very unsafe during our stay.

Fair Cabin

Our stay was overall good. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The “living room” down stairs only had 1 couch, the main living space advertised is up stairs. Upon arriving we noticed the bench to the main kitchen table was broke and not useable and the dryer was also not working. We contacted the house owner 5 minutes after check in and never received a reply.

The cabin location and condition was excellent. it was very clean and comfortable. it was very roomy and was close to the attractions. there was plenty of room. the air hockey table was broken unfortunately (no air). there was no porch or great mountain view so if that is what you are looking for, keep looking. this would have been a 5 star review except communication with the host was basically non existent. we had what should have been a small easy to fix problem. the check in email that should have had the key code to open the lock did not. there was a space for it that was left blank. I emailed the host 3 times, texted them twice and tried to call the number provided to ask for the key code. I never received a response to this until I called VRBO customer service. the host did not immediately answer their call either. they were in the process of changing me to a different cabin before the host finally responded with the key code. this caused a great deal of frustration for me. this would have been the perfect cabin for my family to visit again.

Perfect for our needs

This place was so perfect for our needs with two kinds beds and the bunk room. It was close to the action but far enough away. An abundance of towels was much appreciated. It was clean and spacious. The communication was great. We stayed for our week of baseball and I would definitely recommend this for other baseball families to come.

Quick Dollywood getaway

Loved the layout Master on main and 2 bedrooms up was great. Excellent playroom with air hockey and video game console. Kids set hi scores on several games. Loved that there is a volume control for the console Location is great to access all the fun of Pigeon Forge and the area.

Nice cabin with lots of beds!

We brought our family here to visit Dollywood and Pigeon Forge! We found the cabin clean with a lot of beds! 2 bedrooms with king size beds, and a 3rd bedroom with 3 bunks and a tressel bed! Two families could easily sleep here. Dining has room for 6-7, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Not a great view from the front or back, but minutes from all the fun in Pigeon Forge, and maybe ten minutes from Dollywood. Very convenient!

Nice Cabin that was close to everything.

The cabin was nice and the location was close to everything. Just a few minutes from the parkway and about 15 from Dollywood. The cabin was furnished with everything needed and the communication with the owner was good.
