Unique old village house (8-12 persons) with 4 independent rooms

4 B&B rooms grouped as a single accomodation formula and self catering rental.
I named all the rooms (Serena - Romantica - Margot -Nonna) so the description will be easier hopefully!!!

The accommodation is 200m2 gas heated, on three different levels.
At the street level, the nice voted ceiling entrance get you to 2 different master bedrooms (Margot room n4 - Nonna room n3) both with balconies facing toward the open valley overlooking the village of Castelvittorio, both with their own private bathrooms.
At the same level a great size fully equipped kitchen (big fridge, 4 burners stainless steel stove with oven, microwave, italian coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, etc.) where 15 persons could eat!
A nice great old stone stairs get you to the 1st floor where there is a bedroom (Romantica room n2) with again its own private bathroom!
At the second floor the last bedroom (Serena room n1) with a living area with a small kitchenette and its own private bathroom.

Pigna offers an escape from the stressful hustle and bustle of our lives and transport you to the way life use to be.
Even so the village can offer all the amenities necessary for a stress free holiday. Pigna has coffee bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, post office, doctor's cabinet, free internet point.
There are grocery shops selling local products.
We have fresh water ponds, water is coming straight from the mountains where young love jumping and bathing!
There are different trekking routes of all distances, for experts and amateurs, also we have a new tennis court a new football pitch, and the new children's play areas, and coming soon a new boccie area.

And very important for the younger crowds, a bar open until late where once a month they play a DJ set, and every 15 days fantastic and different live music.
