This magnificent apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay and directly facing the swimming pool.

This apartment has a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small garden directly facing the swimming pool.
The bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. There is air conditioning, hot and cold in the living room and bedrooms, satellite TV with French and international channels and free Wi-Fi.
The complex is secure and there is parking provided within the residence.

This modern complex is one of the newest in Pilar de la Horadada. It offers several swimming pools for adults and children as well as a playground.
It is located 5 minutes from the first beach, 15 minutes from La Zenia Boulevard and Dos Mares and 5 minutes from the center of Pilar de la Horadada ..

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, cerca de la playa. Las fotos no estĂĄn actualizadas, el seto de la piscina cubre totalmente la vista, no hay tumbonas ni tabla de planchar para el jardĂ­n. Una pena pirq contĂĄbamos con ellos. Por lo demĂĄs, todo muy bien. Tuvimos un problema con la cafetera y el servicio de atenciĂłn fue muy agradable y rĂĄpido en solucionarlo.

Mooie vakantie gehad.

De foto's van de aanbieding zijn ietwat verouderd. Geen ligbedden noch ligzetels aanwezig. Ook is er hogere begroeiing. Dit komt wel de privacy ten goede aangezien je toch met meerdere woningen dicht opeen zit. Het is een modern appartement op het gelijkvloers met een kleine tuin met kunstgras in een met hekkens afgesloten resort. Toegang met de auto via afstandsbediening op een voorbehouden plaats. Veilig dus en heel geriefelijk en voorzien van alle comfort in een rustige wijk dichtbij verschillende stranden en winkelcentra. Ook 2 leuke zwembaden binnen het resort en dus dichtbij. Alles is aanwezig om uw vakantie zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Bij aankomst was het appartement heel proper met opgemaakte bedden. Een welkomstpakket met drank en allerlei hapjes was bij aankomst eveneens aanwezig. Ook vroeger dan 17 uur toegang gekregen met dank aan Juliana. Een woordje van kritiek: gebrek aan communicatie tussen enerzijds de eigenaar en anderzijds het immokantoor. De melding van een kapotte lamp en een hoogst onveilig Dolce Gusto koffiezetapparaat bleef gedurende het ganse verlof onbeantwoord door de eigenaar. Ook het immokantoor laat niets weten. Het machientje staat letterlijk met de voeten in het water en verliest bijna evenveel water onderaan als in je tas. Bij werking moet je ook het apparaat vasthouden of je tas dondert op de grond). Mijn insziens is dit toestel aan vervanging toe. Toch een heel leuke vakantie gehad.

Great place to stay

This apartment is excellent! You will have everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and new appliances. There is plenty of room (for 4) throughout the apartment, with the opportunity to eat in, at the dining table, or alfresco, on the terrace next to the communal pool area. Many of the apartments are not occupied at the same time. However, there are sufficient people around to offer a great atmosphere, with a mix of nationalities and remains generally quiet throughout the day and night. Shops are walkable, including a large supermarket (Mercadona) less than 1km away. The beaches at San Pedro de Pinatar are approximately 10mins drive. Great bars, tapas and restaurants can be found at San Pedro as well as great Chinese restaurant (Asian City Bar Restaurant) at Mil Palmeras. The apartment complex is very secure. With key fob access only. The apartment also has a dedicated parking space. Great week at this apartment and a great base location. PS if you want to venture out a little further. Googlemaps to Terraza Quitapesares. You will find this a stunning vantage point to appreciate La RegiĂłn de Murcia. Have a drink, appreciate the view, go easy of the food because its expensive for what it is, just because it comes with the view :) Buen viaje.

Lovely stay

We loved staying here. The apartment was clean and modern and had a perfect location for the beach and the pool. The pool was perfect for our 4 year old. We look forward to visiting again.
