Welcome to Twin Peaks, a modern two-level condo with two queen suites, full kitchen, open living area, lofted game space, deck views, and an oversized hot tub. Centrally located in the Red River Gorge!



The Space:

Settle into comfort and convenience at Twin Peaks, a spacious two-bedroom condo designed for groups seeking a relaxing home base in the Red River Gorge. This unit is part of a larger structure that includes another condo (used only occasionally by the owners) and an office. Your space is fully private with its own entrance and dedicated deck.



Main Level

- Full kitchen and dining table for four

- Open living room with Smart TV and electric fireplace

- Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom

- Direct access to the deck overlooking the forest and sunset views

- Extra-large hot tub on the deck

- Propane grill (propane provided)



Upper Level

This property is centrally located in the Red River Gorge, just minutes from the Gorge Underground, Appalachian Rose Farm Wedding Venue (The Greenhouse), and Natural Bridge State Park.

RRG Getaways supplies a starter amount of the following: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply.



This property has a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. Coffee filters are provided but guests are asked to provide their own coffee. There is a propane grill, we supply the propane.

This cabin utilizes city water and is safe for all uses.

Toiletries (shampoo and body soap) are provided.

This property does not allow pets. A $200 violation fee will be applied if we find evidence of pets.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the cabin.

4x4 is not needed in normal conditions, but will be helpful if there is snow or ice present.

Cell coverage at this cabin is generally good depending on your provider.

This condo is located within a larger structure that houses one other unit and an office building. The other condo is next door but for private use by the owners only.

The place is new and clean and UTD. The hot tub was our favorite part and was in it multiple times a day! Upon our arrival the bottom lock was locked with no key and luckily there was someone at the owner's side that found us a key. The key pad for the code sometimes worked on the first try but usually took multiple attepts. On the last day the keypad locked us out indeifnetly and we again, had to walk around the building and again, luckily someone was there with other keys and they left one with us in case it happened again. Also, I specifically booked this for 3 reasons, one king bed was mandatory due to sleeping issues. So I was very upset when both beds were either queens or double, not kings even though the listing says kings for BOTH! AND they said they didn't know the discription was incorrect, but that is not true as there was a previous review that I found that said this same thing.Other things that need attention is that they only give literally 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels for kitchen and bath and 4 washcloths. I mean come on, there is no washing machine and there is a hot tub...... People don't use the same towel for both and when you pay for a place to stay fresh towels are sort of a given. After complaining they did bring over 4 beach towels to use for the hot tub, so that was good.

Many good things about this property, mainly that it is new, clean, and near the trailheads of Natural Bridge Resort Park. Unfortunately, the walls are temporary and thin. For some reason, the cleaning and light construction crew came to the condo unit in the middle of the night at 1AM to move furniture, use some type of power equipment, vacuum, scrub, and chat
all of this was very loud and not at all absorbed by the walls, waking us up. This went on for hours and the management staff was unavailable for contact during those hours. I just can’t recommend this place in good faith at this time because I truly wouldn’t stay here again. There wasn’t anyone staying in the other condo but I can’t imagine that it would be remotely private bc the walls are too thin. I could hear every word the people were saying very clearly. Also, the loft area was very hot with no way to open a window to get some air flowing.

We had a great stay at this property. We had 2 very minor issues and the property host was very quick to respond. The bed descriptions show there is a king bed in each of the bedrooms, but they are queens. The beds were very comfortable and this didn’t impact our stay. The bedrooms also didn’t have any window coverings. The property appeared to be brand new, so maybe that is on the punch list. The property was in a great location. Close to trails, Miguel’s Pizza and 2 gas stations! The kitchen is small but was equipped with all the essentials - pots, pans, cookie sheet, a crockpot, coffee maker and plenty of utensils. There were 3 tables at the property- a coffee table, dining table and a game table upstairs. This was great for us! We had plenty of space to eat, put together puzzles and play games. The hot tub was fantastic! Overall a really great stay!
