Whether you’re here for a golf getaway, tournament week, a family trip, or a quiet Pinehurst escape, the home offers a welcoming place to unwind after exploring all the Sandhills has to offer.



The main level features an open-concept layout where natural light and thoughtful design come together to create an inviting space. A fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, offering the perfect setting for shared meals, card games, or relaxing after a day on the course. Just beyond, a bright Carolina sunroom provides the perfect spot to sip morning coffee, catch up on emails, or unwind with a book. The attached deck extends your living space outdoors with seating and a grill, creating an easy place to enjoy the Carolina weather.



The main level primary suite is a true retreat, offering a spacious bedroom with a flat-screen TV,

along with a large walk-in closet and private sunroom featuring an additional Keurig, comfortable office setup, and printer, perfect for remote work, planning your next round, or enjoying a quiet morning. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities, a walk-in glass shower, relaxing jacuzzi tub, and private restroom for added comfort.



The main level guest suite offers a cozy queen bed, twin daybed with pull-out trundle, and a private accessible ensuite bathroom. With convenient access from the driveway entrance and no stairs required to enter this level, this room provides added comfort and accessibility. Other Things to Note:

- A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per the North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.

- Please do not park in the garage.

- Fireplaces are inoperable
