White Mountains Relaxing Family Cabin in Pinetop Country Club, Dog friendly

Cabin retreat nestled back in the highly sought-after Pinetop Lakes community. This cabin is sure to be a relaxing get-away for families and friends seeking to experience a nostalgic mountain home. The beautifully decorated cabin is completely furnished with a large open concept family/dining/ kitchen area. Beautifully exposed wooden beams, vaulted ceilings, and a loft area that is perfect for kids.

The cabin features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath and set up for sleeping 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom features a queen bed and 2 twin beds, 1 located in the loft area. Each of the bedrooms has a full closet as well as dressers to store clothing, and nightstands equipped with lamps. In addition, is a pull out couch in the living room if needed. Everything is provided to make your stay convenient and easy including; all linens, bedding, towels, blankets, etc with a washer and dryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, coffee pot, pans, serving dishes, crock pot and utensils, along with a BBQ to grill out back. Everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals - all you need is to bring your food. Dining area offers seating for 6. Or enjoy your meal outdoors on the deck or picnic tables. Nice setting to relax and unwind.
Sit back and relax on the porch swing in the front or take in the morning sunrise on the back deck. You will be entertained by the squirrels running around leaping from tree to tree and many blue jays.

Extras include Wi-Fi, smart TV's with access to Roku, Netflix, Hulu, etc ready to sign into your accounts. There are also some games, puzzles, dvd player with an assortment of movies. Bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo, body wash. A smart lock allows seamless entry.
Like most homes/cabins in the area this one does not have air conditioning due to the moderate climate of the White Mountains.
This quiet setting is located close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, biking, hiking, horseback riding, casino, boating, golf and lots more.

If you will be checking out on Memorial Day, Father's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, the cleaning fee will be $225 instead of $125 (increased for holidays).

NOTE - We are dog friendly but yard is not yet fenced. We do NOT allow cats due to allergies.
- There is a $25/night pet fee, max of $150 unless additional cleaning/damage, or yard clean up is required

There is an exterior security camera located at the front door monitoring the entrance to the home

Awesome cabin!

We really enjoyed this property and the owners were wonderful. It was very clean, had a very warm and cozy feel and the location was perfect. Their process for checking in and out was super easy and we just overall enjoyed our stay tremendously! We will go back to this property again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful

This cabin was perfect for our quick getaway! The location was great - super close to stores, lakes, etc. It had everything we needed and was very clean! The outdoor areas were so nice (lots of table space out back, a swing for the kids, and the porch swing out front was an awesome space to relax. We are already talking about a return trip.

This property has everything. But. And this is the only but. It says it is pet friendly. But when you you look at the guest book,which is very good, it says. “No pets please”

The house was pleasant but check in was very difficult and the manager never got back to us when we had a hard time with the front door access. Also, we arrived minutes before 4 and couldn't get it.

Outstanding and comfortable

The home was outfitted fully for our month long stay. Our stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. The host was readily accessible for all of our questions or requests. The neighborhood was a perfect blend of the forest, close to town and activities. It was a perfect retreat.

Great Place

Beautiful, clean house in a nice neighborhood. Bedroom was large with a comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. Only one bathroom which was ok for the two of us (might be difficult with a large family or two couples, no shampoo or hair dryer). Kitchen/Family room was large with plenty of kitchen dishes, pots, and pans. Appliances seemed very new.
