The host was extremely welcoming and intentive to our needs. Tge house is beautifully located amongst the pines. Very peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed our stay.
Perfect Mountain Getaway! Our stay at this cabin was wonderful. The hot tub was the perfect place to unwind under the stars, and the fire table made evenings cozy and relaxing. The cabin was well-equipped and comfortable, and the hostâs warm hospitality made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
The house was so clean and wellequipped with everything you needed. The hosts replied very quickly and were very helpful. The house was very private with beautiful scenery.
I my highest recommendation to the Treehouse Chalet and its host, Chris!
The Chalet was clean and well-kept, the provided instructions for our stay were so easy and clear, the amenities were plentiful and as advertised, and we have never had the pleasure of working with a host as attentive, kind and pleasant as Chris! The location is beautiful and was perfect for a quiet weekend away from 4th of July fireworks (my dog doesnât do well with fireworks). Soaking in the hot tub after a day of hiking was lovely and so relaxing. We also loved being able to grill and eat our dinners out on the deck in the evenings, while listening to the sounds of the forest. We definitely plan on making another trip out to the Chalet next year, and are so grateful to Chris for making our stay there amazing!
This is the second time weâve stayed here. A relaxing secluded home in the mountains, private and quiet. The home was immaculate. Our host was very responsive. We loved kayaking and stand up paddle boarding on Silver Lake and hiked to beautiful Potholes nearby. Star gazing in the hot tub was amazing! On the drive from the Bay and back it was lovely stopping for wine tasting in the Sutter Creek area. We hope to stay again soon!
Our family went up to check out the Alpine Lakes and enjoyed how clean and spacious this cabin was. It was great for our kids who had their own TV den downstairs and the area is lovely. We were able to bring our jet skis and park them in the extra large driveway. The hot tub was nice under the stars. Chris was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.
Spent several days hiking and biking. Many beautiful areas close by. The house looks new and has nice appliances and comfortable beds and furniture. It is very private and quiet. You can't really see other homes as you are up in the trees and there is no road noise as the neighborhood is off the main road in the woods. There is a nice deck with a large grill and a hot tub. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. There is a large driveway and garage if you need room for your gear. Great stay.
The house was IMMACULATE! Secluded and very private. Quiet & comfy. It had everything we needed for 10 days. Groceries were local. High speed internet. It was super easy to check in & out. The house was clean and spacious. The Host was very communicative and wanted to make sure our needs were met. The drive in and out to Hwy 88 was BEAUTIFUL. The grounds were equally BEAUTIFUL. We would HIGHLY recommend this Home to anyone and hope to come back.

We really loved our stay at Chris's place. Everything was clean and updated. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. We were welcomed with a delicious bottle of wine and my husband and kids really enjoyed the classic Nintendo. My favorite part was the fire table on the deck. Best of all Chris was super communicative throughout the stay. Thanks Chris!
A hidden gem! Perfect tree house getaway. Peaceful vacation!!
My husband and I, plus fur baby stayed here for 3 nights. We wish we stayed an extra night! The house was nicely furnished, beautiful kitchen (so lovely!), and has a privacy, wraparound deck! Oh, how nice it was to be surrounded by pine trees lol. What I loved the most was how quiet, secluded and peaceful the place was. Stargazing on the deck was absolutely amazing! From hiking, checking out rivers and nearby creeks to spending a day at the lake, we had a blast! 3 days was not enough. We are already thinking about another stay!
The host (Chris) has been so communicative from booking to check out! He is very responsive and want to make sure you enjoy your stay. In addition, Chris was very accomodating!! Thank you so much, Chris! :)
This house is at the top of my list of VRBOs that weâve stayed at. A GEM!
I highly recommend! âïžâïžâïžâïžâïž
We had a wonderful stay at the Tree House Chalet. Just what I was looking for, surrounded by trees, so very quiet and peaceful. Ahh, perfect! Even the weather cooperated, warm but not scorching hot. And my husband had a great time driving up the driveway! Thanks so much.
We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for family time as well as areas for peace and quiet. I brought my portable Level 1 charger for our EV to charge in the garage during our visit. Great communication from the host from beginning to end.
Tip: Bring insect repellant because you'll want to be outside enjoying the firepit or hot tub in the evening.
Great place to getaway in the woods. Secluded and quiet. Homeowner was great at communicating with us and making sure everything was to our liking's. House was fully equipped and made for a very relaxing time. Would definitely stay again and enjoy the property and itâs surroundings.
We loved everything about our stay. From how communicative and helpful the owner was, to the cleanliness of the house (unmatched!), to the comfort of the beds, to the gorgeous views~ this house is perfect. I was there with my teen children and nephews and the bunk beds were bigger than I expected! Everyone was so comfortable. We definitely want to come back! Side note: the people at every restaurant we went to were so nice too and food was great! Special place!
We loved this house! It was secluded, beautiful, and everything we hoped for! It's big enough for a bigger group but was great for the 2 of us also. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and would love to stay again.
