Stay away from this place! Most terrible and stressful experience ever on a holiday. We were an hour late for the check-in due to circumstances beyond our control and we were refused entry into the B&B. We were then given a completely different place to stay for one night. The owners of the B&B kept demanding us to cancel the reservation (we had reserved for 2 nights) and asked us to meet them and pay more money in cash. When we went to meet them, they never showed up. But they still kept demanding us to cancel the rest of our reservation. We had to book another hotel last minute in a different city because we had nowhere else to go. Don't book this place unless you want to ruin your holiday!!

Vicinanza con l'ospedale Cisanello,ampio giardino .Il personale molto scortese.Avevo prenotato via web e mi avevano riconosciuto uno sconto (5%),ma al momento del pagamento , l'addetto della reception non ha voluto sentire ragioni,pur facendo notare la mail di conferma (non ho insistito perché si trattava di una cifra irrisoria 3/4 € ) a fatto finta di niente.MOLTO SCORTESE

UN INCUBO!!! STANZA FREDDISSIMA!!! Termosifoni appena appena tiepidi e solo per pochissime ore al giorno. Alla richiesta di alzare la temperatura il propietario scocciato ci ha piantato il telefono in faccia dicendoci di non richiamarlo più e che se la caldaia funzionava così lui non poteva farci nulla!! Scortesia totale e grande maleducazione !! All' arrivo le chiavi x entrare erano nascoste in giardino e bisognava cercarle sotto a un vaso per fare un ceck in modalita' self service perché il propietario non c'era! Ad accoglierci c'era solamente una stanza ghiacciata dai muri freddissimi!!! TERRIBILE B&B sconsigliatissimo per chiunque volesse avventarsi in un avventura ben poco piacevole!!! P.S. Siamo ritornati con raffreddore e tosse!!!

Aucun accueil. Il faut téléphoner pour savoir où sont les clés. (mises dans un pot à l'extérieur) Le seul intérêt de la personne que vous avez au téléphone est de vous demander de l'argent pour les taxes de la ville (en liquide bien-sûr) !!! Literie désagréable et serviettes que l'on pourrait qualifier de draps ou de nappes !!! A ne pas recommander pour un service public.
