The rooms are shabby. The rug had a stain that looked like blood; hopefully it was not. The electric window shade was broken and wouldn't roll down - meaning that someone could look into our room at night. There was a hot water pot, but nothing to stir a cup of tea with. The towels were thin and the bathroom had one tiny bar of soap - not a second one to use in the microscopic shower. There is absolutely NO way that is is currently a 4 star hotel.
