Schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Wohnung bedarft einige Verbesserungen besonders in Bad. Die Duschen kaputt und etwas Schnelligkeit. Die Terrasse etwas trostlos.

Schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Ein wunderbarer Ausblick aufs Meer, eine schöne Terrasse und eine zweckmässig eingerichtete Wohnung. Das Internet wird wohl bald geflickt sein. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ferien in der Toskana

Endlich das Meer wieder zu sehen war unsere Motivation für die Buchung dieser Ferienwohnung. Und eine bessere Aussicht kann man wirklich nicht haben. Die Wohnung war toll, vorallem die Terrasse. Einzig die Duschen müssten mal wieder geflickt werden.

W dolnej łazience mieszkania uszkodzona była kabina prysznicowa, co uniemożliwiało praktycznie korzystanie z jednego prysznica, narzuta na kanapie podarta, parasol tarasowy nie do użycia z uwagi na wadliwą podstawę, mieszkanie nieco zaniedbane wymaga odświeżenia, niektóre sprzęty kuchenne szczególnie deski do krojenia wymagają wymiany.

Tolles Apartment mit genialer Terrasse mit super schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das gesamte Gebäude ist in tollem Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen ist sehr gut. Der Strand und die Bagnios sind sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Appartement ist ideal für maximal drei Personen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Grosse Terrasse

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war optimal, direkt am Strand, Zugang zum Pool. Nur mussten wir für Liegen und Sonnenschirme extra bezahlen. Sehr laute Musik am Pool wie auch an der Beach, hörten bis Mitternacht von rechts uns links verschiedene Musik. Duschwand war mir Klebeband geflickt, konnten die eine Dusche nicht benutzen. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, bei der Funktion kalt, stellte sie immer wieder ab. Backofen sehr schmutzig. Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Nette Leute.

Geweldig appartement, maar het zwembad en het strand is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen

Het is een geweldig appartement, waar je eigenlijk niets te klagen overhebt. Alles is aanwezig en het uitzicht is prachtig. Ook is het appartement ruim genoeg en beschikt het over twee badkamers. Het enige wat me stoort, is dat de advertentie doet overkomen dat het zwembad en het strand bij de accommodatie hoort. Dit is niet het geval. Je moet er gewoon voor betalen. Wel krijg je als je gast korting.

Prachtig vakantiehuis, maar zonder zwembad

Het vakantiehuis is echt geweldig. Het heeft voldoende ruimte, alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig, de gastvrouw is aardig, het uitzicht is adembenemend en op het terras zou je je hele vakantie door kunnen brengen, zo groot is het en heeft een geweldig uitzicht. De enige minpunten zijn het strand en het zwembad. Op ons kwam het over dat dit bij de prijs inbegrepen was en dat het bij het vakantie verblijf hoorde. Niets was minder waar. Voor een gezin (van 3) €30,- per dag het zwembad €15 per dag.

Lage sehr gut, Terrasse sehr gut, Wohnung schlecht

Die Lage des Hauses Top, die Terrasse war mega. Die Wohnung unsauber, Inventar uralt, Fenster und Türen undicht, es hat rein geregnet. Duschwände kaputt, verschimmelt, verrostet. Das Wasser aus der Leitung hat gestunken. Bei Anreise die Adresse nicht zu finden. Schlüsselhalter war sehr nett. Wir sind 2 Tage früher abgereist weil wir uns nicht mehr wohl gefühlt haben...

Super, schöne Wohnung

Terrasse einfach traumhaft.....Ausblick genial....... Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand......... Beach La Siesta immer etwas los, und einfach schön...... Vermieter spricht zwar nur Italienisch, aber mit Handyübersetzung spaßig sich mit ihm zu unterhalten.... sehr hilfsbereit

Appartement idéalement situé mais équipé d'un canapé lit qui a déjà une très longue existence et qui n'a aucun oreiller à disposition. Une terrasse gigantesque mais hélas équipé de chaises longues et de parasols en totale décomposition. Et la piscine en bas de l'immeuble est payante et le port du bonnet de bain est obligatoire ! La situation de l'appartement et son environnement proche (plage privée payante selon la tête du client, nombreux restaurants et petits commerces) sont par contre top.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit großer Terrasse, Blick auf´s Meer, ganztägig Sonne auf der Terrasse. Toller, sehr gepflegter Strand, " La Siesta". Vom Objekt aus direkt erreichbar, 2 Min Fußweg. Die Duschen sind sehr eng, für etwas kräftigere Leute ungünstig.
