Located less than 10 miles from downtown Brevard, take a quick drive to hike to hidden waterfalls in Dupont State Forest, mountain bike on thrilling trails, or fish in nearby Cascade Lake. Kick back and enjoy the peaceful wilderness that envelops the home. A wraparound deck boasts serene mountain views, while a balcony and front porch offer even more outdoor space.
Inside, highlights include hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and large windows that showcase spectacular views.

LIVING AREA
The main living area features a sectional, 60 TV, and mountain decor. The gas fireplace with stone surround provides warm ambience. The second-floor living area offers a sofa and armchair. The open design allows for plenty of natural light, making this a great space to play a board game.

KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen features everything you need to create tasty vacation meals. When you're ready to eat, an intimate dining nook by the window seats two, while the dining table seats four.

BED & BATH
The primary bedroom features a king bed, a cozy sitting nook, and an ornate armoire. Sip morning coffee on the private balcony, outfitted with a table for two. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. A second bedroom features two twin beds, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and direct access to the guest bathroom -- which is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The large back deck offers plenty of space to relax -- all with magnificent views of the mountains and forest. Rocking chairs and a swinging love seat are perfect for enjoying quiet afternoons outdoors. The covered front porch offers a shaded retreat where you can unwind with a book or a cold beverage.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
A washer/dryer and driveway parking for three cars are provided. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available; however high-speed internet is not available and cell phone as well as Wi-Fi signals in this region can vary unpredictably.

LOCATION
Located in the mountains but close to town, this cozy hideaway offers the best of both worlds! Drive 7 miles to Dupont State Forest, where youll find miles of hiking trails that lead to waterfalls and breathtaking lookouts. Or, travel 16 miles to Sliding Rock, a beloved Brevard swimming spot with a natural stone waterslide. Thrill seekers in your group can test their mountain biking skills at REEB Ranch Bike Park, just 4.7 miles away. To sample local cuisine and shop quaint boutiques, drive 9.3 miles to downtown Brevard. When you're ready to venture out further, downtown Asheville is only 35 miles away.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
