Pismo Shores Paradise #119 - 50yds to beach access

Pismo Shores Paradise #119 has been beautifully updated in neutral beach decor. Located in the popular family complex of Pismo Shores, this two-bedroom (2 king beds + full sleeper sofa), 1.5-bath unit is light and airy, offering stunning ocean views from the master suite. The beach condo has been completely remodeled for luxurious beach living. The Pismo Shores community features a swimming pool, spa, and clubhouse with a living room, kitchen, and game room. The complex is gated for optimal security and has private beach access.

Suitability: Family getaway, couples retreat. No smoking. One non-shedding dog (under 45 pounds) will be considered.

The owner will happily consider one small, non-shedding dog (under 45 pounds) who is housebroken and crated when left alone. A pet fee applies. No exceptions to this pet policy (sorry, retrievers and other larger, shedding breeds aren't the best fit). The non-refundable pet fee is $75 per night, with a max of $225.

Pricing covers up to 4 guests. If your group is larger, there will be a small extra charge per night for each additional guest.

The HOA heats the swimming pool a week before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year, and from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The spa is heated year-round. The property owner cannot guarantee the pool or spa will be operational during your stay.

Note: The Pismo Shores complex is currently undergoing an exterior painting project. During your stay, you may experience some noise on weekdays while the work is in progress. For the most up-to-date project schedule, contact Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals.

We truly enjoyed the comfort and location of the home. The location is perfect for walking to beach, swings/ slides/climbing structures for kids, shops, and restaurants. The house was quiet, clean, and the kitchen had everything for making meals.

Proximity to the beach is great for a family with young kids. Access to the hot tub and spa made for alternative fun water time. AND you're right behind Old West Cinnamon Rolls, which an easy walk out the complex. The unit allowed us to relax and enjoy Pismo. Icing on the cake would be if there were throw blankets.

Incredible property steps from the beach

Our stay here was perfect. The location is amazing, quiet, and family friendly. It was the most well stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in with a full kitchen and everything you need to make great meals. The beds were comfortable and it was set up to accommodate large families. We will definitely be back!

Super clean condo in a beautiful location. Loved being able to walk into town & on the beach for miles. The pool & hot tub area was great. We really appreciated how organized everything was in the kitchen & throughout the condo. It was stocked with so many thoughtful extras to make your stay as easy as possible. Excellent communication from property manager from start to finish. Can't wait to return.

Lovely 2 story condo close to the shore and downtown Pismo Beach. I booked through VRBO but then had to communicate directly with 7 Sisters. Everything was fine after we were in the property - they were very helpful and responsive if I had questions or a problem. The tile floors downstairs can be cool so bring slippers. Very good cooking tools and room for your food. Accurate listing.

This is a well maintained condo in a nicely kept gated community. Steps away from the beach so listening to the ocean at night was awesome. Beds were very comfortable and the well supplied kitchen made cooking a pleasure. Plenty of places to eat and plenty to see and do close by. Only downside we could come up with is we wished there was a light fixture above the dining table. We will be back another time.

Pismo Retreat

We loved the location and cleanliness inside and outside. Security system was easier then I expected. The condo had all the amenities we expected except the pool was not heated. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs lights and fans were a little tricky to operate otherwise we had everything we needed.

Beach walk paradise

Super comfortable bedrooms with ocean sounds all around. We so enjoyed getting up for morning walks on the beautiful beach. Great bbq setup right outside the kitchen. Walking distance to shops and restaurants make it hard to beat!

Great property & amenities

The condo was great for our family of 4. Equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, plus a pack-n-play with crib sheet which was really nice. Lots of extra towels, pillows, etc. Place was very clean; only cleanliness issues to point out are that washing machine had mold on and around it so we never used it. Dishwasher probably hasn’t had filter cleaned because it didn’t wash things very thoroughly. I know appliances in a rental suffer a lot of wear and tear and not a lot of upkeep. Location is great - right next to the pool, can walk right onto the pier and beach, in the heart of Pismo but in gated neighborhood so not SO close to all the busyness and crowds! Ocean views were lovely. Only thing about the location is that Pismo Beach is a bit wild on weekends. I loved it on the weekdays, but it is full on touristy, crowded, loud beach town on saturdays. Overall great rental and would stay in that condo development again!

This condo was everything it promised to be😎

We were delighted with this condo stay. Very Clean, close to beach. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Only surprise was upstairs bedrooms shared a bathroom "jack n jill" style, so I recommend you are close friends. Kitchen had plenty dishes, pots and pans and also Very Clean. Thank You for this stay!

Fabulous!

Quiet, but right near beach and pier. Beautiful ocean and pier view from master bedroom. Great hot tub! Lovely stay!! I brought an eye mask, so was prepared for light entering bedroom at night. Comfy bed and pillows! 7 sisters does an amazing job preparing for your stay! Looking forward to our next visit, and hope this unit is available. Daughter thought the pool was awesome fun! 😁
