A two car garage is accessible from the entry foyer, as well as the first level queen bedroom and en-suite full bathroom. Beach gear is in the garage (beach wagon, sand chairs, sand toys and beach towels).

The second level is a spacious open living area. The living room has comfortable furnishings, sleeper sofa (queen), TV, dining table for 6, beautiful kitchen with chef grade appliances, and a convenient half bath. From the living area are large sliding doors that open to a balcony with a gas BBQ grill and bistro set. The balcony, overlooking Wadsworth Ave, offers ocean and downtown views.

On the third floor the master bedroom welcomes you to relax with a luxury king bed, SmartTV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on this level features a queen bed and is next to the second full bath and laundry center. From the third level exit to the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck.

The roof-top deck offers sparkling ocean views, and breaking waves.

House was clean & only 4 blocks from the beach. Loved the close proximity to great nearby restaurants which were not chains. Initial issues with the garage door opener as it would not close after entering. However we switched out the batteries & it worked fine. Communication with the host was immediate & action was taken quickly. Had a great time visiting the Hearst Castle & seeing the elephant seals nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Vacation Spot

Wonderful Trip

We can’t say enough great things a out this place! Very, very clean, very nice kitchen with everything we could possibly need, great location to beach, restaurants, scenic places. We would highly recommend it and the pizza almost next door is great too.

Great family vacation stay

This wonderful property is right in the heart of Pismo and it’s beautiful. I’m my opinion it was the perfect location, no noise problems, easy walk to restaurants, the beach and convenience store, plus very well appointed! We had everything we needed for cooking and dining. We will definitely stay here again.

Convenient beach condo! Easy highway access to house -- did not have to sit at lights in town during busy CalPoly grad weekend. Immaculately clean and obviously put together by someone who stages/rents houses -- everything worked, of solid quality, beach chairs and toys, small details thought out, dialed-in aesthetic and decor. Bottom floor with bath was perfect for grandma to access entry and 2-car garage. Easy one block walk to less crowded end of Pismo beach. That said it is spaced over three floors so be ready to climb stairs. Bedrooms are on the small side but we spent most of our time away from the condo so it didn't really matter. Would def recommend and stay again.

Pismo Classic Family Golf Stay

First time using VRBO. Outstanding location and house. Very very clean. We all commented on how nice the property was. Nice rooftop sunsets as well as walking to local restaurants. We will definitely book this again if we return. Also, golf in Nipomo and Avila Beach are only 10-15 minutes away.

The house is perfectly located with easy access to beach and restaurants. Stocked with everything you need for the beach. Beds comfortable and bathrooms plentiful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place. Overly complicated check-in/checkout process.

Very nice accommodations, especially a bathroom for each bedroom and the roof deck. However, rental company that listed this property on VRBO made things complicated. I rented through VRBO, but then I got a many page agreement from the rental company that required multiple signatures and initials, and required me to create a password to access the “Property Guide” which has the info you need to use the property. And when the link to guide did not work, I had to download a special app to get the info I needed. And at checkout, I got both texts and emails from different sources about check-out procedures. Very nice property, but the procedures, at least from the standpoint of a boomer, were excessive.

Perfect location

Our rental was perfect. The 3 levels were a bit tiring for my 72 year old husband but other than that it was perfect. Ckean,close to everything in Pismo and super close to the beach. We lived our stay. I wish we had booked for more days.

Nice home.

Nice home, clean, comfortable, short walk to the beach, restaurants and the pier. There are a lot of stairs in the home, not good for people who have a hard time with stairs. My family really enjoyed it. Rental company was easy to deal with.

Clean, relaxing in great location

The property is located walking distance to downtown and pier. Everything you will need is close by. The place was nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. The rooftop patio is a nice place to get away from it all with a great view of the pier.
