Bethany very helpful at front deck; called prior to arrival very kind and courteous. At check-in polite and listened to my requests. During stay answered my questions. She was always smiling which is contageous.

Not very clean and staff is hard to find

The bistro is supposed to be open from 5pm-10pm. Both nights it was not open. The room was not very clean and appears a little worn out. Carpets are all stained. Room smelled very musty

Great stay overall! The hotel is clean, quiet, and in a convenient location near shops, restaurants, and the waterfront trail. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the peaceful river view and free parking.

A/C didn't work. We had to change rooms. No maintence and front desk person was the only one around. After switching rooms the T/V didn't work. We didn't say anything.
