The Airport transportation was terrible. The van, on the inside, looked really bad, extremely dirty. My daughter really didn't want to touch anything. The driver's driving was very scary too. He would brake at the last minute for any stops he needed to make. Needless to say, my daughter got a different ride on the return trip to the airport.

Dirty refers to the pool. The pool tiles were so black with people oil, sunscreen and was gross. As a pool manager and lifeguard for 12 years as an adult, the green algae on the walls of the pool was bad.
Don’t know who or what pool company cleans it, but was disgusting. I didn’t have a chemical tester but smelled absolutely no chlorine.
It’s such a beautiful courtyard with the pool.
The pool-filthy. Had my three grandkids there,,, Uck.

Rude staff, damp and musty smell, no accommodation for shuttle. The front desk supervisor (along side the property manager) was the most inconsiderate, rude, nasty, condescending, arrogant we have ever encountered.
