Good, clean hotel rooms. The bed and pillows were a bit lumpy. Breakfast pretty standard, but good quality.

The front desk staff were attentive and professional. The room was clean and had a lot of space to lay out a suitcase. Breakfast was good with very friendly staff. We had stayed at Hampton Inn the night before and the property and staff at the Holiday Inn Express far exceeded the Hampton Inn. I wish it was closer to the heart of Pittsburgh so I could stay every time I visit.

Everything was good except the people staying in the room above us had 6 kids and they made too much noise early morning. Disturbed our sleep. Hotel management should fine such people for creating disturbances.

There were no breakfast at 8.55am every pan on the serving line was so messy and dried out, the bed was comfortable and I had a relaxing night sleep ,thanks to the housekeeping staff who made that possible.
