Entering the Home: The main entrance is accessed by a full flight of stairs, so there is no step-free entry into the home.

Main Floor: Once inside, the living room, dining area, kitchen, one full bathroom, and one bedroom are all located on the main floor.

Second Floor: The remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Two interior staircases provide access between the main and second floors.

Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs to enter the home. Those staying in a second-floor bedroom will also need to use stairs during their stay. Guests who prefer to minimize stair use may find the main-floor bedroom and bathroom the most convenient option.

- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund

- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost

- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable



For reservations made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO, the cancellation policy associated with the listing at the time of booking will apply.

Check-In Form Required

All primary guests must complete a short check-in form after booking. This must be completed prior to receiving check-in instructions and entry codes. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy

We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests when possible, depending on our cleaning schedule and same-day reservations.

If you’d like to guarantee an early arrival or a late departure, we offer the option to add the night before or after your reservation at a 50% discount, as long as those nights are still available at the time of your request.

Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved pets with an additional pet fee charged per pet, per reservation. For stays of 30+ days, the pet fee is charged monthly, and a $200 refundable pet deposit is required prior to check-in. This deposit will be returned after checkout once the property has been inspected and no pet-related damage or excessive cleaning is required.

Your stay includes damage coverage through Guesty Shield:

• No security deposit required

• A non-refundable damage protection fee is included in your reservation (may appear as a “management fee”)

• For stays over 21 days, additional coverage applies every 21 days



This protects both guests and hosts from accidental damage. It does not cover intentional damage, violations of house rules, or costs related to smoking, unauthorized guests, or pet policy violations.
