It's tough when the classification of the room type ("classic" vs "premier", etc) differs from hotels.com to what your virtual front desk called it. Also, the Bluetooth speaker was broken. I asked for a replacement, and I was told it would be taken care of from the virtual front desk. After 3 hours I asked again....and they told me it might be resolved within 24 hours. Way after my checkout. Is this how slow everything is?

We were absolutely blown away by the rustic and European feel of the hotel. We are 20 something travelers staying for a Steelers game, and its eveything we needed and more. It felt like staying in the old town of European city, and this wasn't something we expected, but were very pleasantly surprised by. We couldn't stop complimenting its quietness throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend.
