Brand new facility (seemed it) that was sparkling clean throughout. My King Bed room had full kitchen efficiency with good size refrigerator. I will be looking for Towneplace Suites in the future as an alternative to other efficiency unit hotels.

Loved this hotel. Lovely pool. Immaculate rooms and lobby. Friendly and professional staff. Great value!

The hotel and staff were great BUT!

Pros: Location was great, the gym and pool were fantastic.
Cons: Better housecleaning.
Location: Good location, plenty of shopping and restuarants. Pleasantly surprised at location and proximity to downtown Pittsburgh as well.
The hotel and staff were great and hotel is very new BUT there were a few things that I noticed. The lamp over the table were completely dusty and had not been touched. No new shampoo and rinse were left in room. Same breakfast food each day - no changes. Room tempature even though we set to lower 64, the room remained very warm for sleeping. The lowest we could get it to was 69 and much too warm for sleeping.
