Summary:
This true country home has a quirky layout allowing guests to gather in different areas as well as retreat to private corners. With three bedrooms, two living rooms and mountain views, this home will have a place for everyone. Youâll enjoy a gourmet kitchen, gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the home, a wood burning fireplace, and large comfortable seating. There is a large deck off of the dining area with gorgeous views of mountains. The setting is just magical!
The Space:
Pulling up to this home, takes you to a secluded hill surrounded by trees and picturesque views of the mountains.
The main living room has comfortable seating, a crackling wood burning fireplace and large windows to help bring the beauty of the outside in. The family room boasts a large sectional sofa, a floor to ceiling brick fireplace retro-fitted with a warm pellet stove and a large Smart TV that you can log into your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, amazon Prime, etc.
Well stocked open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop in the island and an in-wall double oven, youâll have all the necessary cooking & serving items needed. This includes cookware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses and mugs. Bar seating for two, wire mesh cabinet doors and a window with beautiful views make preparing dinners easy and fun. Coffee lovers will enjoy the 8 cup drip coffee pot.
There is a separate dining room with seating for six guests to enjoy those home cooked meals. Sliding glass doors in the dining room take you to the gas grill on the large deck where you can enjoy the gorgeous views of the mountains.
There are a total of three bedrooms to accommodate guests during your stay, for easy planning here are the bedroom layouts:
-First floor bedroom 1: queen size bed
-Second floor bedroom 2: queen size bed
Second floor bedroom 3: twin bed plus a twin trundle (sleeps 2)
There is one full and one half bathroom. The full bath with a tub/shower combo is located on the first floor and a half bath upstairs.
Continue to enjoy the fresh mountain air and sit outside at the fire pit facing the secluded wooded hill. Sliding glass doors in the dining room take you to the gas grill on the large deck where you can enjoy the gorgeous views of the mountains.

Bring your furry friends, two dogs are allowed. $50 per dog per stay. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies!
No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
Pets: Damage caused by pets is not covered by the accidental damage waiver
