This vacation rental is part of the newly constructed Swan Villas, which are located about seven miles north of Placencia Village. Within a mile, there is the best restaurant in all Belize, Maya Beach Bistro, not to mention several other incredible restaurants, as well as entertainment such as snorkeling and kayaking. Borrow bikes from the resort and explore Placencia on two wheels, or stay close to home and relax by the outdoor pool or sunbathe on the beach.

The Swan Villas were lovingly designed to incorporate the idea of organic architecture, promoting harmony between nature and humanity with round shapes, plant life, and other details to remind you of being outdoors. If you're traveling with a larger group, please know that you can also rent other Swan Villa suites.

A two-level design makes this villa feel extra spacious. On the ground floor, you'll find additional bench seating, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to put together a quick meal. There's also a hot tub in the living room. The private washer/dryer makes it easy to keep your clothes clean and fresh. Head upstairs to find the bed and the shower, which is possibly the most luxurious shower you will ever encounter. Nice units, quiet location

We stayed in one of the one bedroom, 2 level units (seahorse). The property and unit was very nice and clean. The pool is not big, but was nice to cool off in and the shaded areas around the pool and hammocks were perfect for relaxing outside. The property is about a 15 minute walk away from grocery or restaurants or the public beach area, and the road is mostly unlit at night and there are no real sidewalks, so plan for that. A lot of people rent golf carts to get around the peninsula, but we didn't book ahead and there was no availability. So we made use of the bikes provided until we picked up our rental car. The kitchen had everything we needed and was functional, but a barbeque area outside would have been nice. Overall we had a great stay.

Excellent customer care from the property manager

Very unique property, and a lot of fun to stay at. Couple of issues and the hot tub didn't work and it was repaired but then the heating element was not it so no hot tub. Property manager was incredible and even supported us during the hurricane.

Nice place, very unique, better if hot tub worked properly

Don't book the Seahorse unit if you want a properly working hot tub. We read reviews of it not working back in November 2021. We got reassurance from Vacasa that it had been fixed when we booked in March 2022. But it still didn't heat up. Otherwise, it's a nice place.

Unit wasn't the cleanest, but passable. Outdoor pool was very nice. Property needs more outdoor lighting! Manager was very quick to respond via email. Worth trying for a few days.

We loved it

We absolutely loved our stay here at Swan Villas. The pool was our favorite place to be. It is such an amazing pool. The house is so unique and beautiful. We loved the shower and all the plants. The property management were excellent and the property it self is stunning. We used the kayak ( just a tip they are heavy so beware) in the lagoon that was fun. It's also located very well. We enjoyed many good close by restuarants ( we liked Singing Sands best). The only complaint would be that we wished the bed was more comfortable. Overall we enjoyed ourselves very much and would definitely come back to stay here again, it's a lovely place.
