The River House: San Miguel Sanctuary
NEW LISTING! Let the river sing you to sleep! Located on the banks of the San Miguel River, this unique mountain retreat is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Telluride region. Guests have a private balcony overlooking the river, a stone fireplace, a large yard, ample parking and unlimited sounds of the mountains cascading down all around you! The Sawpit Mercantile is a few mintues up the road for provisions and libations and Telluride is 15 minutes away!
This is a lovely riverside property with ample indoor and outdoor spaces to have you enjoying summer in the San Juans! There is a large stone fireplace in the center of the home encompassed by a full kitchen, bathroom and large living room. Sink into the new sectional couch for movie nights or head out onto the riverside patio for dinner al fresco. The east side of the home has a large grassy area for yard games. The second level of the home is illuminated by large skylights and has a master bedroom, a smaller guest bedroom and a large loft with a King bed with a private patio.

Beautiful spot
We had a great stay and hope to be back in the future. The outside space and being along the river was amazing. We enjoyed the sauna and the cozy cabin. The hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond to anything we needed. Telluride was just a short drive away.
