Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please be respectful of neighbours and the peaceful nature of the area

Smoking & Substances
No smoking or vaping inside the home or bunkie
If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly
Pets
Pets are allowed with prior approval only
Must be supervised at all times and not left unattended
Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture unless covered
Hot Tub Rules
Use at your own risk
Shower before entering to maintain water quality
No glass in or around the hot tub
Do not adjust settings or add anything to the water
Always replace the cover after use
Children must be supervised at all times
Waterfront & Dock
Swim and use water equipment at your own risk
No lifeguard on duty—supervise children at all times
No diving from the dock
Life jackets are strongly recommended
Please return all water toys to their place after use
Firepit & BBQ
Follow all local fire regulations and burn bans
Never leave fires unattended
Fully extinguish fires after use
Clean BBQ after use
Bunkie / Guest House
Please treat the bunkie with the same care as the main house
Be mindful when using the spiral staircase, especially for children
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy across both buildings
Cleanliness & Care
Please leave the property in reasonable condition
Report any damages or issues promptly
Do not move furniture between the main house and bunkie
Septic & Water System
This property is on a septic system—please:
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
Avoid excessive water usage (space out showers when possible)

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property
