The space
When you enter the room, you immediately have a desk to do office work, a small room with a double sofa, a coffee table, and to one side, you have the dining room table for 3 or 4 people and the fully equipped kitchen for everything you need on your vacation... a normal size refrigerator, double burner induction grill, sink with single lever, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pans, dishes and utensils... everything to cook those exquisite and simple beach lunches and dinners...

To one side, there is the rest area with a king size bed, its bureaus on each side, and in front of the bed, a screen to enjoy a good movie, a game of your favorite sport or a show... to the side of the bed there is a small armchair and in front of it; the dressing area and full bathroom (shower, toilet and sink)...

Guest access
At Reception, you will be given the Apartment Key, asked for an ID for Registration and given some Bracelets for those who will be in the Room... in the same way, you will be given the name of the wifi network and its password.

Access to the Building is through the Lobby, although there is an Underground Parking, you must first register, so that they give you access to the parking...

To go up to the Room, behind the Counter, you will find the Stairs and 2 Elevators...

Other things to note
The Roof Top of our Condominium has a 180° View of the Caribbean Sea and nothing obstructs the View, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises...

5th Avenue, which is the most emblematic and iconic avenue in Playa, is just 20 steps from the Condominium and there you will have access to Shopping, Crafts, Art, Restaurants, Entertainment, Convenience etc...
