Located on the famous Mamitas and Kool beach, the condominium offers a large Thai-Balinese style swimming pool on the premises and is next to Mamitas Beach Club and Kool Beach Club with the amenities of both only steps away.

Excellent condo right in the heart of Playa Del Carmen

Wonderful place, beautiful building and extremely clean. Everything was lovely. Only thing I'd be aware of, not a complaint for us, was that there isn't direct access to the beach from the complex due to construction going on between the complex and beach itself.

Perfect Getaway

This is a great penthouse condo with spectacular ocean views. The rooftop living area, sun deck and pool couldn't be better. Condo is nicely furnished with slide away door that opens the entire living area up to the outside. Kitchen was well stocked with all the basic needs. 2 blocks from the endless restaurants and shops on 5th Avenue. Make sure to schedule maid service if you desire, as it is not included with the base rental price. Gina (property manager) is very accessible during your stay if you need anything. Definitely one of the best properties in the main area of Playa del Carmen.

Great location!

This is a great location and setup for two couples or a family. I prefer this penthouse to most of the others. It has the best view in all of Aldea Thai. It's the last unit and is directly on the beach, giving you unobstructed views of the ocean. It's also close to several beach club and Aldea Thai has an agreement with Mamitas which gave you a discount on the entrance fee. Also, the entrance fee is more like a minimum spend at the beach club (it was 350 pesos per person when we stayed and it was easy for just to hit that minimum with drinks and food). The service at Mamitas was also great and they kept the beach very clean. We were there during sargassum season and you could tell they cleaned the beaches daily. Gina is also a great communicator and Humberto is an amazing resource. He gave us several recommendations and was very friendly/helpful! This property would be 5 stars but we had a couple of hiccups that led to the experience not being 5 stars. When you arrive, I would just check that the hot water is on and all the appliances work properly. We had an issue with the breaker for the stovetop and hot water. However, Gina and Humberto were SO quick to come out and fix the issues. The beds were very comfortable and the rooftop pool was an amazing perk! I will say you can hear the beach club music (doesn't go too late) which we enjoyed! But if you're looking for something quieter, you may choose further back in the property.

First Class Condo with Great Ocean View

I stayed alone this trip since my traveling companions couldn’t make it due to Covid. However, the condo was immaculate and the location is fantastic. The owner was very responsive as well.
