The space
Two "Castillos" (castles). Each Castillo has 3 levels, and each level has the same layout per floor with 3bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room and wrap around balconies in each tower. Think of it as a condominium building with a 3 bedroom on each floor. One tower has an unheated rooftop jacuzzi. In ground pool at the front of the house.
The photos will reflect the 6 Kitchen and living rooms and each bedroom.

Amazing location but very worn house

We rented for our annual family vacation. We are a group of 30 with ages ranging from 7-80. The location was great. So much fun walking down the streets to get tacos or souvenirs. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the house. The house needs some major improvements. Very worn furniture and broken chairs. The beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable for those with back pain. The kitchen is pointless. Ovens did not work and stove tops not working we made the best of it by eating out I recommend bringing your own bath towel. Our side of the house had very thin, rough blue towels. Did not feel good on over kissed by the sun skin. Toilets that did not flush. The door handles to both top floor patios were broke and could not access. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We still enjoyed our week and did not let the neglected house ruin our trip. We were told by Daniel free transportation if I contacted Pablo. Not the case. Pablo failed to pick up our group when we arrived leaving the group stranded at airport and when the time came to go back to the airport he charged $75. If some care were to be made to the house, I would stay here again as for communication with property mgt, they were slow to respond often requiring follow up messsges .

bachelor beach bliss

my partner and i hosted our joint bachelor/bachelorette party at this PALACE and it was the best trip of our lives.pablo the driver they recommended was amazing and prompt at getting us to and from the airport — which was kind of chaotic so it was nice to have pablo’s assistance! there is security just outside the entrance of the property, so we always feel extremely safe! the pool was lovely and the rooftop tub had great views. the towers were clean and well decorated. the property is right on top of the epicenter of PDC! we could not believe how convenient and true to description the place was — so much so i was convinced it was not real — until we arrived and it’s not only legit but SO legitimate it made us cry to have to leave! the only advice i would give is being mindful of the number of people in your party. while it could fit 50, there are 18 beds so if you have 2 per bed it will fit 36 comfortably. if you love to snuggle your friends and family like we do, then this will by no means be an issue! danny and kimberly were super responsive and helpful every step of the way! their recommendations were great and they really worked with any request we had. i could go on and on, but you should just book this and experience it for yourself — you won’t regret it! HUGE THANK YOU for hosting our magical trip, we are forever grateful!

Great place, Best Location

This was a beautiful property that we were super happy with. The location literally could not be better if you're interested in the beach and the downtown nightlife, restaurants and shopping. They had the property nice and clean and set up for our stay. I was able to connect directly with the property manager who made sure everything was smooth for check in and throughout the stay. Everything matched the description. Honestly could not have asked for much more. Would highly recommend this place.
