Información importante para huéspedes

1. Cero tolerancias para ruidos fuertes después de las 10:00pm
2. Estrictamente prohibido hacer uso de balcones para tender toallas y/o ropa personal.
3. El uso del estacionamiento privado no está asignado, y su uso es bajo disponibilidad.
4. En caso de quejas por ruidos o daños al condominio, se darán las siguientes advertencias:
• 1er aviso: Se notificará al infractor que se está infringiendo el reglamento.
• 2do aviso: Los huéspedes y la gerencia administrativa serán notificados acerca del reglamento y se aplicará la sanción.
• 3er aviso: El infractor y/o responsable del apartamento será sancionado con una multa de $100 usd.
5. Queda prohibido el acceso a cualquier mascota.
6. Prohibido fumar en cualquier área dentro de las instalaciones.

Important information for guests

1. Zero tolerances for loud noises after 10:00 pm
2. Strictly forbidden to use balconies to hang towels and / or personal clothing.
3. The use of the private parking is not assigned, and its use is subject to availability.
4. In case of complaints about noise or damage to the condominium, the following warnings will be given:
1st notice: The offender will be notified that the regulation is being infringed.
2nd notice: The guests and the administrative management will be notified about the regulation and the sanction will be applied.
3rd notice: The offender and / or person responsible for the apartment will be penalized with a fine of $ 100 usd per night.
5. Pets are not allowed the access.
6. Smoking is prohibited in any area within the facilities.
