During Your Stay | Rules & Agreements

RESERVATIONS

A. Reservations may be requested, subject to availability, up to 6 months in advance. Minimum length of stay required per reservation is 7 Nights / 8 Days.
 
B. Deposit equal to the usage fee of the designated unit must be made in order to reserve desired unit.


C. Guests may cancel their reservation(s) up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. There is an administrative fee for such cancellations of US$50 per cancellation. In the event of cancellation with less than 30 days notice, there is no refund of the deposit/usage fee given upon reservation of the desired unit.
 
D. All guests will have beach access, even though buildings may be located in other areas of the resort. Room assignments are made in the sole discretion of the resort at the time of check-in.


PAYMENTS

A. Guests may pay electronically via SquareApp. All major credit cards accepted.

CHECK-IN

A. Reservations may be made, subject to availability, from Friday to Friday, or Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday, or Monday to Monday. Check-In begins at 5:00pm. The resort, without any responsibility henceforth, will offer guest(s) a place where luggage may be stored during the day of arrival.

B. At check-in, guest(s) must present identification, as well as their reservation confirmation number, and a guest/renter letter signed by the Designated Member (in this case, the owner of Euphoric Travels).

C. Guest agrees to limit occupancy of the unit as specified in the internal policy. In the event guest exceeds the permitted occupancy, guest must rent an additional unit at 50% of the rack rate, and in the case an additional unit is not available, guest must make arrangements to adhere strictly to the established maximum for the unit. Occupants must include at least one adult 21 years of age or older.

D. Guest agrees to register his/her credit card at the front desk or leave a cash security deposit equal to the usage fee of the designated unit reserved. Security Deposits will be refunded upon leaving, deducting the cost of any missing inventory or any damage other than normal wear and tear. No credit will be extended for services or long distance telephone calls to anyone who has not registered their credit card.

DURING GUEST'S VISIT

A. Guest(s) must always preserve a family atmosphere at the resort and must not disturb neighbors. The company has the right to evict any guest who disturbs the peace at any time and to deny admission to the resort pursuant to section 58 of the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Law.

B. To keep public areas clean and to preserve a good image, it is strictly prohibited to bring food and beverages to public areas. Towels and articles of clothing are strictly prohibited on balcony railings. Maids are authorized to remove towels or articles of clothing if placed in prohibited areas. Failure to comply with the foregoing, or display of any other behavior deemed by the resort as dangerous, improper, or a nuisance to other guests will result in the eviction of the guest(s) from the unit with no refund.

C. No pets are allowed on the premises, except for certified service animals.

D. All trash must be deposited in plastic bags provided in the room.

E. The company is not responsible for objects left in automobiles in the resort parking lot, accidents, dents or scratches, theft or burglary, property damage or personal injury unless responsibility of the company is proven pursuant to Mexican laws.

F. The company reserves the right to establish hours of use of all facilities, as well as dress codes, fees, and other standards. The company reserves the right to promote special events and offer special services that do not affect the reasonable usage of the resort by the guest. Company may operate the resort directly or may hire another management company, provided that the company will remain responsible for lodging services.

G. In order to provide better security at the resort, guest(s) will receive an identification bracelet to be worn by guest and a card for his/her vehicle to be placed on the inside windshield visible to the entrance security guard at all times.

H. In the case that guest(s) commit actions that affect morale, good manners, or the law, the company may evict them from the resort. The company may also give verbal warnings to guest(s) to stop such actions. Failure to stop may result in eviction as provided above.

I. Guest(s) may access the resort and adjacent amenity areas only while actually staying at the resort as registered guests. The only exception to this rule is the use of such restaurants, shops, and other facilities as they may be open to the public in general.

AMENITY PRIVILEGES

A. GYM & SPA: 2 for 1 basic 50 minute spa massages, plus use of all facilities of the gym and spa free of charge. This right of free usage includes use of the facilities only and does not include food and beverages, facials or other spa treatments, personal training, or any other services available at the gym and spa.

B. GOLF: 2 for 1 Golf Benefits on our existing golf courses at Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Acapulco, or Puerto Penasco. Golf Benefits includes green fee, cart fee, and driving range.


C. INTERNET: Free in-room internet access.

D. TENNIS COURTS: Guests shall have the right to use the tennis courts free of charge. This right of free usage includes use of the facilities and use of towels only and does not include the cost of nighttime illumination, rental or purchase of equipment, food or beverages, or any other expenses associated with the use of the tennis courts.

These benefits are limited to use by guests staying in the members' unit during a vacation interval. All guests must be registered guests at the resort at the time of use, and the maximum number of persons entitled to the above usage is limited to the unit occupancy stipulated in the contract (ie 2 persons in a master room, 2 persons in a loft, 4 persons in a 1 bedroom suite, 6 persons in a 2 bedroom master suite). Guests will be provided a weekly bracelet or other means of control. The use of the above benefits shall be in accordance with the internal policy of the resort, may require advance reservations, and is subject to availability and the general rules and requirements applicable to all guests.

CHECK-OUT

A. Check-Out is at 10:00am. When leaving the resort, guest(s) should check-out at the reception desk, turn in keys, and clear all billing charges, including any damage caused by guest(s) in excess of normal wear and tear.

B. To ensure that the units are delivered in optimal condition to the next occupant, in the event the unit is not vacated by the time indicated above for check-out guest(s) will pay an amount equal to 25% of the usage fee and must vacate the unit no more than 3 hours after the time indicated above. This charge will be automatic.
 
C. The company, without any responsibility henceforth, will provide to guest(s) a place where luggage may be stored during the day of departure.
