I have never left a review for a hotel stay but it just wouldn’t be right to not give a standing ovation for the excellent service we had at this resort. Before my arrival I had come across a few reviews that were negative so I had to stop myself because I didn’t want it to impact my experience. I’m glad I did. This was the most beautiful and most clean resort I’ve stayed in. We did not have a single issue with our room or the service . Every single person at this resort was beyond phenomenal. The people here and in playa del Carmen are some of the nicest, friendliest and positive people. Every single worker and I mean every single one had a smile and seemed to genuinely be interested in getting to know us and was happy we were staying at the resort. The view is amazing and it’s direct access to the beach. There are chairs to lay out at the beach so you don’t have to worry about that. Our stay was short and we didn’t get to try all the restraunts however the ones we did try were excellent. The food was fresh and good. Asiana was probably one of my favorites and Pelicanos as it has a beach view. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with fresh drinks and a cool towel. It’s a world class luxury experience. You are well taken care of and greeted with one of the most luxurious scents that is emitting from this air diffusing device they have. You literally can smell it outside the hotel. My friend and I loved it so much we plan on purchasing one.

After a terrible experience at another property, we arrived here feeling defeated and unwell—but this resort completely turned everything around. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were welcomed with warmth, compassion, and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group, including individuals with major health concerns. The resort was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained—including the beach, which was such a relief after what we had just experienced. The attention to detail, fresh air, immaculate grounds, and caring staff created a safe and relaxing environment we desperately needed. Every aspect—from the food to the service to the serene atmosphere—helped restore our sense of calm and enjoyment. We are so grateful to this team for showing us what true hospitality looks like. This place didn’t just meet our expectations—it truly saved our vacation. We will absolutely return and recommend this property to anyone looking for a resort that genuinely cares about its guests.

My family and I had a great time at this resort! The resort was well-maintained, beautiful, and a good value. The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms were a bit dated. I think the showers could use an update. But, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was DELICIOUS. The beach was not the cleanest (due to the water and seaweed, not due to people’s waste), but the pool was beautiful. Would visit again!
