A great place to unwind, enjoy great food and the entertainment. Pools are nice and fun activities. Beautiful resort and easy walking to public beaches and shopping areas in town. Plenty of things to do and everyone is helpful and super nice. I would go back right now at anytime.

They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They welcomed us with a refreshing cucumber lemonade. Ezequiel lobby bartender, Manuel waitrer from Asiana restaurant,Jose (el capitan) and the manager from the luggage which I don't remember his name they were attentive, courteous and always ready to help. The room was spacious, bright and had everything we need it. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The property looked luxurious and with amazing views to Isla conzumel.

The best this resort has to offer is they’re staff they were all so friendly helpful you can see they actually love their guest and their job (special thanks to Miguel from Spice buffet restaurant), We love our chef’s Plate dinner experience, Chef’s was very attentive and professional food was fantastic. But, things could had been perfect if the drinks were better, bartenders need guidance.

If you are lucky upon check in they provide you with a qr code that explains about the hotel and amenities. However, I was not provided this information so my first two days were spent searching for somewhere to eat that was open. Which brings me to my next issue, without the qr code there was no way of knowing when a restaurant would be open and I believe due to it being the off season only a couple of restaurants were available to eat at on different days and the buffet was only available for breakfast and lunch. If you could find a place to eat the food was good. Also beware of any oceanfront walk out rooms as if there is any kind of event, wedding, birthday, etc. you will not be able to get away from the noise if you are trying to rest and relax in your room after a long day in the sun. When I called to complain because I was very tired and just wanted to sleep they did "upgrade" my room. The only upgrade to me was that it was quieter. I no longer had a personal cabana that was included in my original room package and I was at the workout end of the pool with no stairs nearby to get out of the pool. The pool was nice though. As I am sure management will see this review I would also like to offer some advice, when someone books a room with a cabana it would be nice if someone would set it up with a sheet a pillow covers like they do with the ones that you can reserve. Instead you are left with the rubber covering on the mattress and pillows and they also never dried them.

We LOVE this property! It's a great location in proximity to 5th Avenue, the property itself is a perfect size (walkable, but not too small), so many options to "party," or to relax. Plenty of chairs poolside or on the beach, the staff is super friendly and accommodating AND the FOOD & beverages are AWESOME!! The rooms are spacious, clean and housekeeping is on pointe! We have been multiple times to this resort and will return always!!
