The resort was beautiful and so relaxing. The drinks were great and plenty of food options. The pool was excellent. The only negative piece was the repeated upselling attempts.

I love the resort setting, and I love the room that we chose. The staff were very helpful and polite, what I did not like was that the food was not very satisfying and I felt as if there were not a lot of activities at the resort that we had to leave the resort to go to the shops, but not a lot to do.

I liked the location. Property was crowded felt like a carnival cruise. No class in the restaurants people cursed and were drunk the whole time. Beach was unusable from seaweed and smelled bad. They charge 20 dollars a picture and staff vapes in your face. My bathtub didn’t work and the room I booked was taken and I had to swap.

I loved the property and location when this was a hilton. While neither charged the stay was quite different. It was very noisy, clientvtell attracted was different, food options were limited and cleanliness was poor. It was so nad we needed to change rooms after checking in due to smell of vomit. They moved us, gave 100 dollar credt but had me sign a waiver after the complaint. I also felt there was so my staff members with a ssles pitch to upcharge you. I know you have options. I would stay somewhere else

Food was amazing. I will admit breakfast was my least favorite but the Dolma restaurant was to die for. Room was clean, staff addressed anything I had trouble with quickly and even gave me a bottle of champagne. Could have had a bit more activities but it was still fun and entertaining. The downtown area is literally right outside of the hotel and I felt safe the entire time. Loved it.
