Modern equipped condo on 5th Avenue one block off beach

This condo is right between the beach and 5th avenue, a 1 min walk to Coco beach and 5 min to Mamitas, off of 5th av. with an extremely vast variety of restaurants, bars with live music, boutiques, stands and shops! We are right between 5th Avenue and the beach in a new and trendy área. It really can't get any better!! This is THE perfect location, because it allows you to quickly get involved in the midst of Playa life, or take a breath from the crowd disconnecting in the apartment by the pool. No rental car needed here, but free parking provided.

Your apartment, called Estrella 4 in the condominium Luna Maya, which counts with 24 hour security, has a lush view to the gardens, without being exposed to any common area commotion. The apartment is not only fully equipped with all possible amenities that you need to have a pleasant and relaxing holiday. In any case I love making spoiling my guests and am always happy to keep adding to amenities that may be requested by guests.

Estrella 4 has been fully enjoyed by many visitors. Not one has left feeling anything but pleased! It's perfect a small family of 4 or a small group of friends. The fully equipped kitchen with a brand new refridgerator/ freezer makes it easy to tend to children 24/7, while your washer gets your swim wear ready for the next use. Amongst other ammenities of the kitchen, you'll find a toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, blender, cooking knives, all sorts of dishes and pots and pans to prepare any kind of delicious meal.

The two bedrooms, consist of one King size (can sleep two adults and one small child) and a queen size bed (sleeps two adults). Both bedrooms have their full private bathroom. Two sets of towels per person and shampoo and conditioner provided. Both bedrooms have their own large built-in closet with hangers.

All rooms in the apartment have ceilings fans and independent air conditioners.

The dining room sits 4 people comfortably in an open plan kitchen with a counter bar. Perfect to allow the whole family participate in getting dinner ready :)

The living room has one large sofa that sits 3 and one loveseat. A medium flat screen smart TV, allowing for a quiet evening watching a movie or having the children distract themselves with their favorite cartoon during "down time".

Following the living room, you get to the part where most people like to relax, having a chat and enjoying a drink of their choice - the balcony. If you want to get out of the kitchen, you may opt for a BBQ on the balcony.

Stepping out of the apartment, you have two choices. Turn right, walking down the street towards the beach, or turn left, passing the small parking lot and then walking through the gardens to the pool. Both options are the perfect choice. For the beach you can take some of our beach chairs and a cooler that we have in the apartment, or for the pool enjoy the sunloungers that are already povided on site and 90% of the time available
