Spacious & breezy 1 bedroom penthouse with rooftop and grill

Beautiful and spacious appartment with really nice air flow and great views. Perfect for short and long stays. Assistance on site 24/7.
Main bedroom has a queen size bed, AC, ceiling fan, balcony with pool view and bathrom.
Living area has sofa bed for two, tv with dish.
Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove with oven (gas not electric), orange pressing machine, coffee maker and more.
Also there is a laundry room with washing machine.
On the rooftop you have a bar with grill, sunbed and a couple chairs with a coffee table.
Wifi and air conditioning in all the appartment, we supply clesn sheets and towels, pool towels and purified drinking water during all your stay.
Located in a residential of 16 appartments with pool and chill area. Very quiet and family friendly. Quiet location close to everything. 15min away from the beach and 5th avenue. 5 minutes to the supermarket and shopping mall. Hospital right next door, starbucks too!
You will also have your own parking space.
