My stay here was terrible. The air conditioning in my room did not work properly — it would work for a short time and then completely stop. I asked for a room by the pool, which was available, but I was given a room nowhere near it. On top of that, I paid for breakfast but never received any. The café was closed during my stay, yet I was still charged for breakfast that was never offered. For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. I expected basic comfort and honesty in billing, but this hotel failed on both. I would not recommend staying here unless they fix their maintenance issues and start treating guests fairly.
