The cleaning staff needs to wear hair nets. Found long black hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. I am a short haired blonde.

Hotel needs work.

This hotel looks nice on the outside but lacks on the inside. I don't like writing bad reviews but the owner needs to know the issues at hand. Being as I work in the hospitality industry I do have some knowledge of how a hotel, vacation rentals should run. Also I do believe these issues with the hotel have nothing to do with your staff. They were excellent. Top notch. First off, your hotel halls smell like a nursing home. All carpets including the rooms were sticky, wet and smelly like mildew. Second, what is going on with your showers? No water pressure? You can't even bathe unless it's ice cold. I couldn't wash my hair the whole time I was at your hotel. Please change out your shower heads! They don't work and are dirty. Third, I checked in my room and everything felt humid and wet? Why? Fourth, I had no hand soap in my room when checking in. Fifth, our room keys worked when they wanted too. Including your outside doors. Sixth, fix the pancake machine, or up grade to the Texas waffles machine, just a suggestion. On a good note the coffee bar you provide is great!! We enjoyed it. Hopefully you can work on getting these corrected. Best of luck, The Brown's

Wonderful stay

I really liked the hotel itself, i had spacious area even with the king ssize bed. The only thing i was worried about was the restroom door kept opening if it was not closed properly and hitting the shower door, which is glass. It was startling when it hit, that's for sure.

No germs please!

Room was immaculate and comfortable. Faith at the front desk was very sweet. Only ding I have to give and easily correctable is that there was no disinfectant spray or paper towels in the fitness room to wipe down the machines before or after use. There was a paper towel dispense but it was empty. Managment if you're listening you know what to do. BTW you're missing a 20# Barbell. No I didn't take it.
