The cottage offers: - On the ground floor: a living room with lounge, living room and fitted kitchen. - Upstairs: a mezzanine converted into a relaxation area and office, 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed and 1 90x190 bed) that can communicate, a shower room with wc. - Outside: a private garden at the gable end of the house, a private parking space on the property. Large garden shared with the owners with barbecue area. The accommodation is adjoining the accommodation of the owners who have a dog and two cats, so your pets are welcome! As there is no washing machine, the owner offers a (free) cleaning service for your laundry from Monday to Thursday. Possibility of piano lessons, sophrology and magnetism session provided by the owners. No arrival possible on Saturday. House under construction near the gite. This vacation rental is ideally located 700 m from Lac au Duc, one of the largest bodies of water in Brittany. Dedicated to leisure, the lake allows you to vary the pleasures: beach, 9-hole golf course, games for children, walks or bike rides, water sports (windsurfing, dinghy, catamaran, kayak, water skiing, paddle... ). Less than a kilometer away, horseback riding is available. Nearby, don't miss Brocéliande: mythical forest synonymous with imagination, magic and discover its legends through the many sites scattered around the forest. During your stay, visit Ploërmel full of architectural and cultural curiosities as well as small original shops. Agréable séjour

Location spacieuse bien équipée, très propre, déco sympa et au calme. Un grille pain et une table de cuisine plus solide sont à envisager si il faut vraiment être un poil pointilleux. Je recommande vivement cette location 👍
