Welcome to this beautiful house located overlooking the lovely creek of the 3 curés with an unobstructed panoramic view of the sea and the roadstead of Brest! This spacious 135 m² house ideally located just steps from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the seaside resort of Trez-Hir, will be the ideal starting point for discovering northern Finistère.
This single-storey house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Two bedrooms are equipped with Queen Size beds (160x200), one bedroom is equipped with 4 bunk beds, ideal for children, and finally the last bedroom, the master suite, includes a King Size bed and an adjoining bathroom. The shared bathroom contains a shower and a bathtub.
With its large corridor and large bay windows, you will enjoy an exceptional sea view from the moment you wake up! The living area is pleasantly arranged and opens onto a well-equipped modern kitchen, with a large family table next to the living room.
Surrounded by bay windows, the living area is extremely bright, and opens onto the fitted terrace and garden, to fully enjoy this superb sea view.
Outside, enjoy the large enclosed garden of nearly 1000m² and its garden furniture for moments of relaxation in the open air. You will also be able to admire the sea view from the property.
