Thoughtfully curated for couples, it blends upscale comfort with charm. It also serves beautifully as overflow lodging for families, friends, or small groups renting our second lakefront cabin. For additional accommodations, we also offer a well-appointed fifth wheel for an extra fee for guests staying here or joining a larger group at our other cabin.

Recreational Activities Include:
• Access to our 3-D Archery Course (Guests must provide their own archery equipment.)
• Use of the 16' Grizzly Tracker Jon Boat with trolling motor is available for an additional daily fee. Rentals are first-come, first-served unless reserved in advance. If the boat is not pre-reserved, guests staying at either cabin may rent and use it on the lake.
• Fishing access is available on our private stocked lake. Shoreline fishing is reserved for guests staying at the Lakeview Cabin, unless that cabin is unoccupied. Guests who rent the Jon Boat may fish from the water regardless of which cabin they are staying in.
*Participation in any of the activities listed above requires a signed liability waiver from each guest.
Fishing Information
This property operates as a licensed “Put-and-Take Pay Lake” under an exemption authorized by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (Code 36.0). Under Arkansas law, individuals 16 years of age or older who fish on privately owned lakes are required to possess a valid Arkansas fishing license. However, pursuant to this exemption, guests staying on the property may fish without a state fishing license, provided they comply with all property guidelines and lake regulations, including agreeing to complete the documentation required for us to collect per the exemption rules and regulations as outlined below.
36.01 Put-And-Take Pay Lake License Requirements:
It is unlawful to operate a put-and-take pay lake without a current Put-and-Take Pay Lake License. The license number, species, weight, and number of fish taken must be on an invoice issued to each person leaving the premises with fish. The license shall be displayed at the put-and-take pay lake location where it is clearly visible to guests.
36.02 Put-And-Take Pay Lake Guest Registering Requirements:
It is unlawful for an operator of a put-and-take pay lake to fail to maintain a register indicating the date, names, and addresses of persons fishing and to make the register available for inspection by an enforcement officer upon request.
36.03 Isolation of Put-And-Take Pay Lakes Required:
It is unlawful to operate a put-and-take pay lake unless access of fish to and from waters of the state is prevented.
36.04 Put-And-Take Pay Lake Stocking Restrictions:
It is unlawful to stock fish taken from waters of the state in put-and-take pay lakes
