The cottage offers: - On the ground floor: a living room with a dining room, lounge, and kitchen, and a separate toilet. - Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, 1 bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds (which can be converted into a 180 x 200 cm bed), a bathroom with a toilet, and an office space on the landing. You will also have access to a shared laundry room with a freezer, washing machine, dryer, and a shower room for when you return from the beach. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture at the rear of the cottage, parking, a garden, and a lockable shed for your bicycles. The cottage is adjacent to cottage 56G17649 and is close to the owners' home. You will share the parking, laundry room, garden, and bicycle shed. Here, the owners are happy to welcome you to their peaceful haven, in all simplicity, for lovely moments of sharing and conviviality. The plus: they can, if you wish, direct you to local activities, good addresses, visits on foot, by bike or by car. They will tell you which is the best beach depending on the wind, the tide, or the quality of the sand you are looking for. They have created an eco-responsible place and wanted to give new life to as many furniture and objects as possible that they have found. In this same approach, the television is replaced by books and board games. In an old farmhouse, you will enjoy a warm and peaceful setting for your next vacation. This vacation rental is ideally located just 5 km from the charming city of Auray and 20 km from the historic town of Vannes.
