Surrounded by rolling countryside and close to the South West Coast Path, it's perfectly placed for exploring South Devon's hidden coves, coastal trails, and charming riverside pubs. With four bedrooms, a barbecue area and shared indoor swimming pool, Linhay is an idyllic getaway for families and friends.
Step into the open-plan kitchen and dining area, with high ceilings, exposed brickwork and concrete pillars, adding to the character of the space. The kitchen, just a couple of steps down from the entrance hallway, is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast, while the dining area, with seating eight guests, opens out to the sunny patio, the perfect spot for alfresco dining on long summer evenings.
Designed for comfort and togetherness, the adjoining sitting room offers two sofas, a warming wood-burning stove, a television and a selection of good books for you to delve into - a cosy haven for quiet nights in. Stairs lead you to a mezzanine floor where you will find bedroom four, a snug nook with two single beds. This bedroom has restricted head height with low vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, please take care.
From the living area head down the hallway and you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, vaulted ceiling with skylight, and doors leading to the garden. Bedroom two features twin single beds, while bedroom three houses bunk beds. Linhay also benefits from a bathroom and a separate shower room.
Outside, Linhay's private garden and patio provide a peaceful setting to relax, while a separate enclosed field, accessed via steep steps, offers space for children and dogs to run free and take in the beautiful countryside views.
