Overnight stay for NYE. We had large room with a spacious bathroom, king bed with fireplace and a large balcony overlooking the lake. The view was gorgeous. The room was a little plain and slightly outdated. The carpets had stains and what looked like burn marks or something or the sort. There was also some trash left behind on our floor near the bed. The coffee in the room was terrible but they do offer coffee for free in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and a blanket which I always love. I guess the view and the pools/hot tubs were worth the cost but I’d say the room was so/so. We did also use the “adults only” pool which a father and his kids did come in and use while we were in there.

Chase has no staff on duty. The back parking lot is dark. Not a lit area. Started parking in front for safety. The free breakfast that was mentioned are 2 different flavor granola bars. If you want an expresso or latte you must visit Church Landing. I keep hoping things improve. I have been staying for work and have been disappointed to date. Giuseppe’s food was wonderful at the Mill.

Booked for a superior king room and when checking in I was assured by the front desk that I would be getting a king room. Opened the door to the room and it was a small queen room. I called the front desk and after a lengthy hold was told there were no king rooms available. Classic bait and switch. I asked for refund for the difference and was told I needed to call Expedia as I made the reservation there. No apology from the unfriendly unhelpful front desk (Z you know who you are). I reached out to Expedia and was told after a week the property had not responded to their email asking for an adjustment. I then reached out directly to the property manager and was given a refund for the difference between the room fees. Never an apology or explanation as to why I was told I was given a king room when if fact it was a queen. Dishonest business practice with subpar customer service. Avoid!

The room was beautiful and they accommodated our wishes for our room of choice at check in. The young man at the desk worked to make everything so pleasant for us at check in. He is wonderful. The room was very clean. The balcony overlooking the lake was so pleasant and it was a gorgeous view. All of the staff were so pleasant and helpful throughout our visit.

Our room was in a seperate building down the street from the front desk & check in - very inconvenient and with limited parking. Rooms are dated but clean -supposedly a renovation is under way. Worst part was on our floor a youth travel sports team was staying and were running through the halls and yelling and screaming till well after 1 am. Several complaints to the kids & their chaperones did little good. Since check in was down the block there were no hotel managers in our building at all. Great location but we will look elsewhere our next trip back to the lake.
