The room was suppose to be smoke free and smelled like cigarettes and pot. It was dirtly as well

I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt the need to this time. The staff was rude. The room smelled terrible and was dirty and very dingy. There were ashtrays overfilled with butts all along the landing. My daughter and I are on a road trip around New England and this was the first and only time we took out our pepper spray. We felt extremely unsafe. We did not stay the night and they refused to refund our money. Worst hotel experience of my life. Definitely worth an extra few bucks to stay at the best western down the road, night and day difference

No breakfast even though there was supposed to be a continental breakfast. No coffee in room either. Room smelled. Door to room had two high windows in it which let the outside lights shine on all night. No way to block it. Tv came with special instructions but was not working until my husband plugged it into the proper place.

My husband slept in his truck cause on of the beds had nasty stains on blankets so I had to sleep in the other bed with my 18 year old son. I wanted to say something to the desk but there were other people around so I just gave key back and left.

I get that you get what you pay for. The room was decent and it was just an overnight place to sleep and shower. Probably would have stayed here again if it wasn’t for the bathroom. They had recently done renovations on the bathroom and didn’t clean the bathroom before putting clean towels and samples in there. The bathroom was covered in grit. The sink, toilet, tub, heater and floor, all of it.
