Morning, me and my fiancé stayed at your location on May 2 and left on May 3. We arrived late on Friday evening the second to enjoy some time with our kids at ISU. We both took showers and the drain in the shower was not working, so the water was within an inch to 2 inches from going over. I contacted the front desk and requested a plunger and didn’t sell, but it did not work. I then took the shower drain apart, removing a partial wig amount of hair. The drain did work better, but still needs some attention.

The hotel was fabulous. Very clean. Helpful staff. Clean and enjoyable pool that was not too cold. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous. Excellent choices, high-quality, different flavors. We could not have had a better experience. We stay at this level of Hotel frequently, trying different brands. This was the best!
