The apartment is about 70 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of our apartment building. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds; a kitchen with ceramic hob (induction), fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a dining area by the window; a living room with door to the balcony, the balcony is about 7 square meters and covered; Hallway and bathroom with bath, shower, vanity, toilet, bidet and mirror cabinet. If required, there is another bedroom directly next to the apartment with a double bed and a cot if required. This way, a larger family can find space.
The floors in the apartment are covered with laminate.
Inclusive services are: bed linen, towels, tea towels, cleaning agents, toilet paper.
As a welcome drink, refreshments are available for our guests in the fridge (of course free of charge), as well as an initial supply of tea and coffee and a glass of jam made in-house. Directly opposite our property we have a lawn for playing or resting or sunbathing.
From the beginning, the apartment was co-operated by the German Tourism Association
4 stars, the award is renewed every three years, last renewal in 2019, valid until 2022.
