Number 11 is a townhouse which has been recently renovated to a very high standard.
The highlight of the house is the clever use of outside space. Built into a rock face over two floors, guests can enjoy a relaxing seating area with sofa, a covered dining terrace and a sun deck with loungers. On the top deck, there is a fabulous glass-fronted swimming pool with exceptional views of the pretty terracotta rooftops and the surrounding countryside.
Inside, on the ground floor, the house has a large sitting room with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, open plan kitchen with all modern appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a cosy inside dining space with elegant, designer furniture.
Built over three levels, the bedrooms are all brand new, luxuriously comfortable and have spacious walk-in showers. The master bedroom on the first floor has a 2 metre double bed, Silestone freestanding bath (in the bedroom!) and separate shower and WC. This is a very large bedroom with superb views.
Also on the first floor, there is a delightful double bedroom with a 180cm double bed and a private bathroom. This room has a freestanding bath in the bedroom as well - very much like a boutique hotel featured in a magazine. Four friends staying in the house can each have their own en-suite bedroom.
The occupancy for this property is four people. There are also two further en-suite bedrooms, a double (180cm bed) and a twin on the second floor.
Number 11 is just a few minutesÂŽ walk to the heart of the main square in Pollensa with its wonderful bars, restaurants, and bustling Sunday market. The beautiful hotel Sant Jordi is just round the corner and offers a lovely setting for outside dining and drinks.
Puerto Pollensa is 7 kms from the property. This is the closest beach, and is very popular. Cala San Vinçente and Playa de Formentor, equally stunning golden sand beaches, are a short drive away.
This townhouse is highly recommended for 4 friends, two couples, a family or a group of cyclists. Highly recommended!
Please note, in some areas there are narrow and quite steep staircases. We would not recommend this house for guests with mobility limitations
Well behaved dogs are welcome in this house (an extra deposit is payable).

Firstly I should say that Charlie and the Pollentia team are super helpful - dealing with a small cockroach invasion quickly - twice. However this property is simply not good value for money and was not particularly clean on arrival. Each bedroom has a huge bath in it, and they all look fantastic, but all come with smelly waste pipes, and serve no real purpose. There is virtually no outside space apart from a strange outside dining area which is dingy and enclosed, and a sun terrace below the plunge pool with no view. Having said all this, the location is great for waking into Pollenca old town and and 5 mins from a public car park from which the beach at Puerta Pollenca is 10 mins away.
Lovely modern townhouse near everything in Pollença. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Parking isnât super easy off street, but thereâs a free lot just a couple of blocks away. Thanks for everything!
