Excellent holiday rental. A little surprised that there was virtually no supplies for either the bathrooms or kitchen on the first day of arrival- but easily rectified with a quick shop. A bit of road noise but it did not bother us. Lovely swimming pool and bbq area.

Bery nice villa,great pool.

Very nice house and swimming pool, everything was clean. Near the village of pollenca , you can walk to it, nice town. Mountains also beautiful and the coast nearby. We had a great week and the welcome basket was wonderful.

Charming Villa

Charming and comfortable villa with lovely mountain views on the edge of the historic town of Pollenca. Our host was incredibly helpful when we had a problem with contacting our car hire company and with advising on outings and restaurants but was otherwise invisible. There are interesting places to visit in the area including vineyards and a monastery were you can get a good lunch or you can relax by the lovely pool.

lovley place for one or two families

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Amazing outdoor area and also cozy inside. Loved the pool. The owners was really helpful and nice, and if we had any problems they came at once. They also made for us a really nice welcoming lunch. we will defiently come back one day.

Wonderful, charming villa!

We came for 12 days with our family, 3 kids and 2 adults. We were excited by the pictures but blow away when we arrived. The house and its garden were so lovely. The pool and garden were the highlights for us, great size to both swim in and splash about with the kids. The property really is just a 10 mins walk from town, though we decided to drive most days as it was so hot when we visited. As for Pollença itself.. a wonderful, charming little town. Make sure you check out the market on Sundays!!!

Week in Pollenca

Maria and family were excellent, accommodating hosts. The house was well equipped for our week and we were very comfortable with good air conditioning, facilities and pool. The lemon tree was prolific! We walked easily into the town regularly and up the mount opposite for exercise, with beautiful views. We used a car to reach beaches and mountain walks too. Lovely stay thank you!

Amazing Villa!!

A fabulous rustic villa!! Walking distance to Pollenca, but felt like it was in the country. Slight traffic noise, but was soon forgotten. The pool was gorgeous - perfect size, clean & very refreshing. Maria, the owner was so helpful and always on hand to answer questions. The outside space with sunbeds and dining / sitting area was perfect. We loved this villa and will definitely be back!

Can't wait to stay again

Maria and family are superb hosts with exceptional communication and on hand any time. The villa itself was perfect. It's an easy 15 min walk to the main town square where there are numerous fabulous restaurants to choose from (although you will need to pre-book a table at the better restaurants). It's a 15 min drive to the beaches, although with such a fabulous pool at the villa, there is no need to go to the beach! We've already booked again and can't wait!

A lovely family holiday in a beautiful villa with an amazing host

We rented the villa for an extended family holiday (our family and grandparents) We loved it. We couldn’t get the girls out of the pool! Great location too - It wasn’t far to walk into Pollensa. Maria the host is one of the kindest people I have ever met and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend booking this villa
